You should stop this over analyzing now and either ask her to hang out or stop texting. Overthinking situations like this and becoming obsessed with them is going to lead you to trouble in relationships later on in life

Classic options game or she just likes the interest/attention and validation. Try to escalate, see if she's willing to see you on a clear date. If not, move on.

We have been talking on and off but it feels like she’s always busy and replies to my texts after a hour or two. Her replies aren’t dry when she does reply but I can’t tell why she takes so long to reply no matter what time of day. Should I just ghost her and move on?

No, you should continue to text her just like everyone else in the rotation, you should schedule to meet up with her, and escalate. After you sleep with her, you can play her games and take forever to reply, always be busy, etc.

I've had girls that didn't respond for a day or a week and then apologize... and would do this repeatedly... eventually we met up, and I slept with them.

You just treat these other girls as kind of orbiters.. whenever I'm doing something interesting, I will text 5 girls the same text or picture....it's also fun to see how they all respond differently to the same things...

Answer with the attitude of "happy to hear from you but happy to not hear from you."

Stop texting stupid shit like a female and when she hits you up you reply "Come out with me tonight, I want to see you"

The phone is for setting dates, not ending emojis and bullshit.
