Had this realization that being your absolute self instead of trying to impress someone filters out girls who wouldn’t actually like you anyway. I say anything I want to girls with no filter because I know that if I have to filter myself around her then it won’t work out anyway. I don’t like mean just cursing like a sailor and being offensive cause I’m not like that but I mean like just absolutely owning my jokes, conversation etc because if she’s not interested in what I find funniest and what I like talking about then it won’t work out anyway. I’ve also become more picky and look for more shared interests.

However, this is only possible if you play a numbers game. There is seriously too many people on this earth to not go through as many as you can. And if you go through life going through every potential person, while filtering girls by just being your self, then you have the best chance of finding the right match.

Idk this shift in thinking has given me more confidence in myself while also giving me a “fuck it” mentality. I’m assuming I only have one shot on this earth may as well go through life with no regrets as cheesy as it sounds. Just sharing in case this clicks for anyone else.
