Maybe she was busy that day? Texting is weird and a lot of times things are taken out of context and people project their own insecurities onto the response of the person they are texting. Don’t text more than 3 times in a row without a response that’s pushing it as it is. Let it ride and see what happens.

Lets try to answer (as a german):

She is/was bored and probably texted a bunch of people to get some validation (yes this happens). The key is here to not be boring. E.g. she is asking what your upto if say some lame shit (home netflix) she'll disengage and will take long to response. German girls get bored quickly. Even if its not true think of some random shit she would also enjoy. Tell her you've been climbing, skating, hiking everything that sparks her attraction. And go for plans to include her the next time, say she would enjoy joining you.If she then still is hesitant to make plans its not worth to persue her, she is just there for validation.

Germans might be quite diffcult, but if she is hooked she'll meet up, if its a no from the beginning you have nearly no chance turning it around. My experience in this country ;)

Actually there’s a trick on snap that still works that I only know because I saw a girl do it it allows you to see the message without them knowing you opened it it’s no glitch you just slide the screen to the right while pressing finger on the screen as if you are going to open then hold finger on screen look at message and then u can either just let go and it will open like normal or u can push your finger back left and it closes the chat...

German girls are a bit weird in my experience and sometimes you see PUA coaches on youtube who list the countries that they like to game in, and "Germany" mostly gets eye-rolling.

My experience is: German girls are a bit bossy and know-it-all, with a very reserved sense of humor. Was on a date with a German girl once, told a mildly self-deprecating story about something silly I had done and she looks at me and deadpans: "That was stupid." LOOOL so that didn't go anywhere but I didn't know game then anyways. A couple of years later I met her at a party and she was a lot more feminine looking and acting, lost her butch haircut and was smiley and flirtatious. That was after like, 3 years of living outside of Germany.

Probably there is a way to game this girl and cut through her reserve or (I assume) her natural un-flirtatiousness. After all, German girls are completely normal where it counts, in their basic primate responses and sex drive.

Maybe try busting her balls by waiting a long time to text and then:

"Hey trouble"

Maybe you can goad her into an emotional response by teasing her about being coldly German (or whatever traits she's showing, attribute them to her being German) but then say " ... and that is so hot." The frame is, you're so impermeable to Teutonic bitches you're like, yeah baby give me that cold as ice act some more and I'll steam it out of you. Customize the response to the traits she shows. The frame is always "... and that is so hot/cute."
