Why wouldn't you?

Time to enjoy a weekend out meeting people, time to kick your feet up and not have to worry about hitting that snooze button.

The funny thing is we all assume this big reset button called the weekend fixes everything.

Everyone thinks it's a magical grace period where:

βœ…"I'm going to get shit done"

βœ…"I'm going to meet someone great and set up a date"

βœ…"I'm going to socialize and meet new people"

❌"I'm NOT going to lay in bed for 2 days"

However we all forget about one of the most important things.

Momentum.

If you're like most people you've spent Monday to Friday gathering NEGATIVE momentum.

Let me explain.

When you get on a treadmill, you start slow, and then get faster and faster the more momentum you build.

The opposite is also true.

If you aren't social Monday to Friday, if you're sitting quietly doing work and not talking to new people, you've built 'anti social' momentum.

That's why every weekend you think it's going to be awesome, when in fact it's never as great as you expect it to be.

So ask yourself:

Are you flexing your social 'muscles' Monday to Friday?

Or are you just hanging out in a stagnant zone so that when the weekend comes, you aren't making the most out of it.
