Would this be too controlling to put in an agreement. I am hoping I can have this happen or talk to my soon to be ex that I can have ex week next year for vacation in the Summer as it's the only time I may have off next Summer.

With that was going to put this provision in our agreement "Even years Dad, me, I can pick the first week for vacation time in the Summer. Mom can pick the first vacation week in the Summer on odd years. No parent can pick their two week vacations week before or after of the other parent. Only can pick the week before or week after if so. The parent who has the first choice has till the last Saturday in January to make a decision on the week they have their first week of vacation in the Summer or at that point the other parent can pick the first week of no decision made after the last Saturday in January."
