Make good notes of everything. You're legally entitled to at least half the savings account. Showing that she emptied it without your knowledge in an attempt to take it all will be a good thing to have duly noted.

If the dogs were acquired in the marriage, you all will have to negotiate them like any other possession. If either was yours before the marriage, she has your property.

Take her ass to Divorce Court. She is entitled to move out, but not empty the bank accounts.

You are entitled to half of what you built together: 401K, savings, stocks and even alimony if she has higher earnings. It can get quite complicated. You may even have more claim depending on how long you were together.

What is the benefit of filing? If she files then she has to pay for the attorney’s.

This seems like a monkey branch. She transported her life from your house to his house.There may be grounds for an abandonment filing. Stop trying to contact her make sure your money goes into an account she doesn't have access to. Do a credit check she probably got a new card on the way out.

Don't blame yourself for any of this. Don't be surprised if when you find her she is involved in drugs.

Get a lawyer, if you had one he would have told you about this happening. Time to be smart now and do what you have tondo to protect the next decades of life without her

Thanks everyone for your advice. I've retained a lawyer although she filed a no fault divorce first through an attorney. We are hoping to settle the asset split outside of court. Though I have a feeling that she is seeing someone else, I can't prove it. If I could, would there be an advantage to filing as adultery?

Any delay in filing may come across as being ok with her taking the funds. You must file.
