Need some info from the hive mind: My spouse doesn't open her mail and probably wouldn't sign an acceptance of service form. I expect I'll have to have a deputy serve her at her part-time job. The question is, do I warn her first? I would like to avoid as much fireworks as possible -- conflict-avoidant here -- but on the other hand, I'd expect something close to a nuclear explosion, anyway. Plus, I feel like she deserves it, since she's been trashing me to her co-workers.

What's the best move here? The worst?
