Maybe this is just me. But has anyone else’s ex been very into scaring you or just making you plain uncomfortable? My previous ex ( A very toxic and abusive manipulater, who got with me when I was 15 and he was 23), used to love scaring the shit out of me. He’d send me jumpscare gifs, he’d make noises I didn’t like, if I was in the bathroom he’d start scratching the door, or he’d jump out at me in the dark.

One very specific time, I came out of the bathroom at his (parent’s) house and he had turned off all the lights, gotten onto all fours, and ran at me while growling. I remember going back into the bathroom and crying for 20 minutes while he just left and went back to his room. No apologies, no nothing.

Has anyone else had something similar to this?
