The truth is that this type of behaviour has been pretty common from women for a while, though I guarantee you it is now at 10x the level due to both #MeToo and millennial women being so extra entitled.

In my 20 year career, I've never been fired for poor performance, but I have been in two or three jobs where I was not a cultural fit.

Just early last year, right after the election, I joined a startup with a bunch of libs from Silicon Valley, and once it was discovered that I wasn't interested in being part of the Trump resistance and that I just laughed at their lib tears, I was given a performance improvement plan which is the first step towards being fired.

So instead of working harder or begging for forgiveness, I just gave them my two weeks, walked out of the office, and never came back. I still demanded my two weeks pay - and they paid it.

Moral of the story: save your cash, and never let yourself become beholden to your employer. As a man, you have no recourse but your own pride and a pile of cash in the bank.

Just get a better job.

A bunch of women cashier's felt threatened by me as there was talk that I was going to be considered for a manager position.

I watched every female cashier scapegoat me for every single problem that occurred.

So I quit and joined a trade...I eventually returned with a smile as I now made twice as much as I would of gotten with the promotion.

I get a call from my manager regarding a complaint to HR. They want to talk to me. During the meeting, they bring up the accusation. I ask when it was alleged to have been made, they tell me, and my response is "But Person X was on speakerphone with me during that meeting”. They bring in person X who corroborates my side of the story.

The talk changes to the performance, I share the data and they tell me I was being too lenient.

Issue averted and termination process on said employee begun.

That’s the result of harassment laws to the point that I think that’s the reason we have them in the first place. You can never fire or even criticize a woman, ever, for any reason. You’re also required to have them be half your employees. Even if none apply.

It just shows what has been said repeatedly - too many women have little to no sense of accountability hence why they would resort to such a tactic not thinking (or caring) of the consequences. They just know this is an option for them to get them out of a jam and even if proven wrong it will so muddy the waters and confuse the issue while she will barely get a slap on the wrist.

Meanwhile, women have the audacity to ask "why do men doubt women when they come forward about sexual assault?" "Uh, because of shit like this."

The media won't report on it much if at all because it challenges the narrative but as more men compare notes we come to the more and more cases of flat-out lying like this.
