Most frustrating thing is "Manson has not been charged with any crime connected to the alleged incidents. A representative for the goth singer has repeatedly denied all accusations of sexual assault."

So they want money, not justice. Second, they had to throw in a completely and totally unrelated incidence of him and a videographer getting into a fight, what the hell does that have to do with any of this?

I mean, it's not over yet:

While the judge tossed out the lawsuit, the woman has 20 days to amend
and file a new complaint if her attorneys can provide more facts to get
around the statute of limitations.

Not sure what they can pull out of their asses to explain away the many issues with alleged repressed memories but I feel like they can come up with some ridiculous thing and make it work. Manson is rich, that's plenty of incentive for her and her attorneys to bullshit their way through it.

Anyway, it's a he said, she said situation, however can convince the court wins, not whoever's telling the truth.

The part about " horrifically abused me for years" is 100% true and Manson would agree with that.It's the part about it being against her will that he will disagree with.Glad I dropped an ex before we got to this point. Actually I stopped all kinds of shit at the first sign of crazy and went vanilla with her.
She still told me I assaulted her in a text message. I was so right to cut it with her. i did not assault her and was careful all the time. They will lie to you about wanting something so that you do it trusting them meanwhile they are suffering the whole time. Then they use that as an excuse to get you in trouble to have weird power over you. IT's all twisted to fuck. These things should not go on without written contracts.
