Not a MGTOW but I think the answer is obvious as fuck. When you feel so cast out by society that you essentially get off the grid of social or business interactions because you just can't stand that shit, you're gonna hate the people in charge who alienated you. Do you think MGTOWs think a MGTOW life is ideal? No, they'd prefer a society worth being a part of. Women, women's entitlement, feminism, and the female refusal to produce anything of value to co.pensate for their entitled bitchiness has done incredible amounts of harm and MGTOWs are sick of it.

Women are largely unaware of the degree to which men modify their behaviour to accommodate women’s more fragile physical and mental disposition. I think many men have just grown tired of doing this as women have become more disagreeable and harmful with their growing freedom and power. I think this is the reason for MGTOW.

MGTOW talk about it to warn and support each other, to counter the feeling of isolation they may feel in a gynocentric culture that demonises their sex, as well as behaviour that does not sufficiently pander towards women.

Let's see.

Despite being the biologically privileged gender you constantly play the "opressed" card, deny any existence of your privilege, and claim men have all the privilege, despite them being the biologically expendable gender.
You constantly demand "equal treatment" but it only goes as far as equal choice and rights, you opt out on equal consequence and responsibility. Hell, you even go as far as telling OTHER PEOPLE to do all this shit for you: even feminism is not women fighting for their rights, it's women telling men to fight for their rights.
You are generally useless outside of breeding. You are weaker physically, you lack the competetiveness and drive and aggressiveness to really strive towards getting or achieving something, you are completely uninterested in scientific study and research. You do(did) not invent, you do(did) not design, you do(did) not build, you aren't(weren't) even the maintenance guy.

The real question here is why someone wouldn't "hate girl".

MGTOW is, generally, a guy thinking along the lines of "The vast majority of women are treating me, or men, like shit and the culture we live in is incredibly imbalanced but there's nothing I can do about it. So instead of fighting it or trying to change into something I don't like, or could never be, I will just stop trying, stop wasting precious time, effort and resources on women, and try to enjoy a life without all the stress, heartaches and risks of courtship". You don't get to that point without facing a lot of bullshit from a lot of women. It would be irrational, at that point, not to be angry at the greater majority of women, because there is clearly plenty of visible and systematic wrongdoing.

If every time you tried to talk to someone, and no matter how polite/nice you are or no matter how much you do for them, all they do is spit in your face and call you piece of shit, it would be irrational for you not to get angry. At that point, you would either fight them outright, call them out on it, change into something you don't want to be until they like you better or just remove them from your life.

Not talking about it? That doesn't solve the problem. That won't stop women from taking jobs, taking money, taking children, taking family, taking confidence, taking self esteem etc.

Women can still affect your lives in a negative way without you doing anything. Men have a right to hate women because it is their fault that Western society is in decline. Men like to use coping mechanisms like BP/RP to fool themselves into thinking that it is their fault when it isn't. We aren't the problem. They are. They are the vapid, entitled, attention seeking sluts who contribute little to nothing to society.
