I tend to spurt out verbal diarrhea so if my post isn't comprehensive or a little bad on the structure side, bear with me.

I've been hanging out with these two chicks that were part of my social circle for a while. One is a solid HB8-9 if we're being literal and for my preference an HB10(redhead, short, nice curves, tattoos, pretty smart). Her best friend, which I'd rate as an HB6, and her decided to bring up a threesome at some point(more on that in previous posts) to who I decided to make a move on to see if they were trying to pull my leg. Obviously, if she didn't comply to a very, very sudden advance, she'd be full of shit on the threesome.

The HB8 had me "friendzoned" to which I had done too up until a drunken night of college games. We ended up playing truth or dare and it was straight off to her house to get laid. Everything went lovely, she kept saying how our "friendship" was diminished and how it'll be odd for the other two girls she knows(including her best friend) that I've fooled around with and that they'll get jealous. I was able to bag her initially because she was the hottest of the three and I had not made a move on her which got her feeling all insecure and inferior to her uglier friends. She would always try to bring up sexual tension but I brushed it off for a reason that is beyond me which got her hamstering even more.

Now, after a while, the problem arises. In my mind, I have had a perfect chick even before I met her. Redhead, tattooed, pierced, smart, educated, messed up in bed, short, cute cheekbones. She has all of those things and I find myself drowning in a pit of "fuck red pill theory, you should be with her permanently." which obviously feels extremely odd. Mind you, during this time I had started nofap, and this post is mainly about nofap and its negative side. I'm beginning to have a hard time NOT being needy which is obviously off putting to the chick. We went from having her call me five times a day and me not picking up because I didn't feel like it to me checking my phone every ten minutes while thinking about her. If she didn't call? I'd call.

At some point, she calls me and says she MIGHT be in love with me because she has strong emotions about me and all the typical garbage women spew out. Like a moron, I fell straight for the trap. Got a little bit more sensitive, more caring and protective. Openly admitted that I might just have strong feelings for her and we ended up getting shitfaced together. After a fun night, I shat all over it and called her right after she left saying I've fallen for her.

It wasn't long until I figured out I was just really fucking horny and dove right into oneitis. Face first. I sat down and recollected my thoughts and tried to backtrack to what she liked about me. That was when I realized nofap was making me a desperate, thirsty, horny fuck. So obviously I went and rubbed one off. Now? I don't care whether she calls or not. She's not in my mind 24/7 and by no means have I put her on the pedestal the past week. I'm not saying start beating your meat furiously but for the love of God don't go for the ludicrous 1543 day challenges. All that stuff about testosterone and energy really don't matter if you end up not being able to think because you want to stick your dick into something that resembles a warm hole. Stick to a once-per-week thing and you'll be golden.

Lesson learned? Nofap can turn you into a massive desperate beta. Keep a balance or suffer the consequences.

tl;dr: been seeing this plate for a while and was able to play her properly up until nofap began and my mind was solely focused on trying to get pussy. it doesn't help as much as people say. everything in moderation.
