Get tested every 6 months or if you have suspicions of symptoms. Wrap it up. Be aware and minimize risks. Don’t let fear run your life.

Bacterial STI can be treated with antibiotics. Annoying but not a big deal in the grand scheme.

HIV would suck to pay out for the drugs. It doesn’t kill you anymore it seems. This is the major one to worry about. Unprotected anal (male or female) is the biggest transmission risk sexually. Shooting up sharing needles is another huge cause. So wrap it up if you’re fucking ass and use your own gd needles. If you aren’t shooting up and/or fucking high risk people it’s highly unlikely to contract this.

HPV you probably already have or have had in your life. Youngsters will be vaccinated against the cancerous strains. The rest are an inconvenience really.

HSV 1&2(herpes on your junk/cold sores on your lips) depending on your raw dog tendencies you’re gonna end up with this one by probability alone. Often doesnt show symptoms so “clean” people can transmit the disease. At the end of the day its just an annoying skin condition.

Hepatitis can be very bad in late stages. You can pay for treatments to clean out the infection. Transmission is similar to HIV.

Other than HIV/hepatitis, STD’s are mainly an inconvenience.

I’ve had chlamydia in my 20s from raw dogging. Week or so of antibiotics cleared it up. Had to swab my urethra for the test. That was not fun but burning piss was much less fun.

Overall, you should be aware of the risks. Its like driving a car. It’s theoretically possible that every time I get in a car I will die in a fiery ball of death. However I wear my seatbelt and drive defensively to minimize the risks. Same concept applies.

If you feel like you have to do it at all, this is the best approach. Use your common sense and err on the side of caution.

The reality is, nothing short of getting tested right before going down on her can give you assurance she is std free. It can happen even if you are in a LTR.

I would only go down on a girl in a monogamous relationship. One night stands, fuck buddies, etc. aren't worth the risk. As an alternative, you can finger her instead. If you're skilled enough at that, lots of girls will be satisfied.

Fucked a girl who had an ass like a camel raw dog a few weeks back. Needless to say, I did experience symptoms after and got tested but nothing came up. Mistake on my part was the girl wanted to fuck, but I wasn't prepared... I definitely suggest NOT letting a random chick go down on you or vice versa. Herpes can still be transmitted if the person has visible lesions. So its a no for me unless you have a conversation about it.

I'm fairly involved in kink communities, and play with/fuck a lot of people. Except for one relationship (where I know she has an IUD because I've felt the strings) I use condoms, dental dams, and gloves, and get tested every 3 months. I only play with women who are also willing to test and share their results, and use similar safety practices.
