What really sucks is the fact you can't just fight someone who is egging you on like that. You have to be so careful to not hurt them even though they are clearly the aggressor. A proper society would have allowed these guys to use aggressive force to get her off their property. I don't think it's productive to reward passive aggression and penalize open aggression. They should be treated as equally bad.
