Okay just going to let you in on a couple tips friend.

You should know your limits when drinking. If you’re a lightweight keep it to about 2-3 max. You don’t want to be drunk.
You sound like you have the mindset this is going to come quick and easy just by having a few drinks and going to a bar. I can almost guarantee that it will not. Going out solo will take some practice. I’m working on it myself rn and it’s a struggle.

I've never approached a girl sober in my life. It has a lot to do with my country's culture as well, everyone here drinks pretty heavily.

I can handle my booze well though but of course at the end of the night I'm pretty drunk usually but I can still manage to pull somehow. I approach the hotter ones early in the night though when I'm still relatively sober. I don't usually really care about having sex when I'm drunk. I save that for another day. I'm there to have fun after all.

Maybe for the little first steps. I had a pretty similar story to yours, but I made the real progress when I said "I don't need to drink a little or to get drunk to get girls. And if I need, fuck it, I will get girls without ruining my body with that shit".

I never liked alcohol, but I always tried to use it to be more social. Since when I discovered that pickup is an ability and you actually learn it, I drink way less, and I feel way healthier.

It can become a crutch if you rely on it too much. What I did was drink to loosen myself up, to allow my inhibitions to drop so that I can be more of a version of myself that was more enjoyable. However, I would never get so drunk that I could not internalize what was going on. Over time, I started to adapt more of why tipsy/drunk me worked so well, and eventually I was able to turn it on without the alcohol. Even though I still do enjoy a beverage here and there, I no longer feel like I need to "take a quick sip" before approaching a girl. I'd say drink to have fun, and in the moment just approach a girl if you find her attractive. Don't put too much math/science into it. Just have fun

The moment you need help from a substance like coke or alcohol to get into a desired state, you have lost.

Do it 2-3 times and your brain will be tied to that to get into said state.

Develop your courage without substances, then feel free to use them as a “plus”, not a tool.
