It sounds like you didn't wear a condom. Wear one. If not, just keep going. If you haven't been fapping then this should be no problem.

Sure, masturbation helped you last long when having sex because you had less pressure to relieve etc but masturbation is actually a main cause for premature ejaculation in the first place.

During masturbation you tend to not go for that long and rather just get it out of the way. Some people also masturbate quite quickly in fear of getting caught. These rapid masturbation sessions actually train your body to come faster.

To anti-train this out of your system, you need to spend a numerous amount of sessions watching porn and taking yourself to the point of coming but then stop and resume in a minute doing this process for up to 20-60 minutes. Not only will this reset your clocks but will also strengthen your PC muscles from all the starting and stopping.

I am actually quite confident in this being the case for many men but hidden from the mainstream because of people trying to sell their shitty books. The advice is so simple it could not be put in a book.

Edit: Without porn would well to and help you last longer when masturbating. I'd imagine porn might be a quicker route.

A lot of people on NoFap had the problem of not being able to get it up due to excessive porn/masturbation resulting in desensitization of their dick. When you say could go on for an hour in the past, were you hard all the time?

I really don't go for the no-porn no-fap philosophy. It's a societal repression of your sexuality.

You shouldn't feel afraid of sex, sexuality, or pleasuring yourself. All men should be comfortable enough to express their sexuality with self-control and confidence.

Your testosterone level spikes at 7th day of not fapping and then it levels off to the same levels as with fapping schedule. There is no solid argument (other than personal challenge) to abstain from fapping for more than 7 days at a time.

I got no answers to this besides the tantric method or whatever (where you train yourself not to cum so quickly). But I've always prescribed to the "Something About Mary" method, where I'll usually whack off before going out. I think you have to pick the lesser of 2 evils and learn not to rely on either of them as if they're the real reason for any lack of success.

In other words, if you're able to talk to girls and escalate, then forget about the no-fap challenge. It was made to help with those things specifically. If it's causing you to cum really quickly and you don't like that, there's no need for it.

Or if you still think you have issues with sexualizing shit, keep on keepin on, and either learn how to get better at holding off, or just accept it as a consequence.
