There is no "easiest" way. Well except going to swingerclubs, that's easy sex too. But what makes an attractive man is the fact that he had to put in effort. "easy" is not attractive. Men that go to the gym, yes partly their body is what attracts, but very much the fact he is disciplined and puts in effort. But to answer your question: Eat well. Sleep well. Work out (not to extremes). Get in therapy. Become emotionally intelligent. Have an interesting life that YOU love

If they're rude when you approach, then they definitely weren't checking you out. Not every glance is someone checking you out. Maybe theyre actually checking because they don't feel safe lol

Be a man, don't be a little jerk douchebag. Do not ghost this poor woman, but also do not lie about your feelings. Simply, be honest. Tell her that words like love don't come easy for you and you need more time (if this is the case). Or if you don't see a future with her at all, just tell her you like her and enjoy her company but don't see it moving into a long term partnership But please don't traumatize this woman by ghosting or being an asshole just because having difficult conversations is …

Imagine a ugly woman did that to you. Kept annoying you and trying to convince you. Such a turnoff. It might work in some cases but then were talking about women you shouldn't wanna be with (crazies)

I was into pua and seduction in my 20s and barely got any action. Since my thirties this is like a non factor and I don't feel like I have to put in much effort. Count is in the hundreds. The trick is to focus on living a good and interesting life.

I'm very average in looks. My personality does the heavy lifting by being an emotionally intelligent man. Used to see my sensitivity as weak, but now it's actually my biggest strength

I think the main concern is, why would you even want to save it. Have self respect. Don't engage with people that are not nice to be around.

I think this opportunity has passed for now. Chasing her more will only scare her away. Let it rest for a while and focus on others

Also make chatgpt quiz you about if you maybe have a avoidant attachement. I suspect this kind of validation seeking is linked to that.
/r/seduction19/04/26 10:50 AM
1

It's internal validation. Proving you are good enough and attractive to yourself. Deep unconscious stuff usually.
/r/seduction19/04/26 10:45 AM
2

I recognize this. You probably are more performing and impressing, and doing it for validation, rather than enjoying, connecting etc.

Chill and don't panic and don't get needy. Then there's possibility to have something real.

I went down this route. Chasing women is chasing dopamine and won't give you actual fulfillment in life. Prioritize other things.

Clubs are just hard really, and kinda niche. You can force yourself to become that niche (and not be who you are) but if online dating is working for you, why bother? It's likely that the club girls aren't REALLY your thing anyway

I resonate with this a lot. First of all there's nothing wrong with feeling this way. You can't force attraction. But I think "real connection" looks over the superficial side of things and is not focused on sex and bodies. But what I think happens to a lot of people in the seduction world: We are avoidantly attached. Do a quick test to figure out. Basically it means your nervous system is trained for only superficial connections and anything "real" will not feel good or interesting. Your system…

So most of your "need" for 9's seems to come from ego: "what will people think of me" - instead of "who am i attracted to". That's bullshit and not relevant. of course, dont sleep with people that you feel are not attractive. I'm sometimes more attracted to what people would call a "6" than to what people would call a "9". I will get a boner just being close to the more "average" girl and have this feeling of like really wanting to tear her clothes off and do nasty things to her. And actually qu…

Just a word of warning. I went through that phase too, and desensitized myself to it. Just always made sure I had other women lined up, made sure I couldn't get hurt. The end result is that now I feel as if I'm unable to truly fall for someone, and it sucks. Be happy and grateful for your sensitivity.

I find myself looking for a way out cuz I feel caged up That feeling is called avoidant attachment. If you want to actually have fulfilling relationships and potentially a life partner at some point, you will need to read up on it.

Date went well ... We hugged at the end of the date. Yeah no, that means the date didn't go well. Sure I believe you it was pleasant, but a good date means you at the very least are kissing before the date is over but preferably take her home. Hugging when a date ends means there doesn't seem to be any spark or sexual tension or attraction.

Stop trying to be someone I'm not. Work on being the best version of myself. Learn to love myself and love life. Lead an interesting life because of previously mentioned points. Stop trying seduction tricks outside of a few conversation starters. Therapy. Become emotionally intelligent and mature. And being above 30. It's so easy after this.

Be very open and honest with your intentions. It's very likely she doesn't want to continue then, which is her full right to protect her heart. This is the way of being a real man.

What do you think, should I break up because I am not 100% sure about her? I think a good place to start would be finding out your attachment style in a test. To me it sounds like you are avoidant attached (like many on this board) and it's a good thing to know if you actually dont like her that much or you're just unconciously afraid of commitment.

My guess is cat women are just into more men with a very warm personality and a feeling of safety
/r/seduction03/03/26 11:46 AM

I think men are more likely to have that drive for "new women" much more than most women. So yes, many women are content with just having a main fwb. Dating and sex are often also not really that much of a priority for them as it is with many guys

It's basically inner work. There's many different ways. Could be traditional therapy, shadow work, psychedelics, bodywork,... Depends on the person or course but often there's a deep rooted insecurity that needs to be processed in some way

First, I'm not your little friend. Don't be condescending with me. Not meant in a condescending way. I assumed from the way you talk that you are quite young, apologies if I was wrong

Ooff my little friend. I feel your pain. Look at the mirror for a second because your ego is doing backflips to avoid the truth. she's a hoe. Translation: I got rejected and it hurts. And now I am trying to protect my ego by making her inferior. Here’s the part you’re skipping over: you keep insisting she’s “easy,” yet after dinners, a hotel, rides, attention, and repeated pressure, she still didn’t want sex with you. That doesn’t say anything about her character. It says something about how lit…

You're being very insecure and it's a turn off for her. She doesn't seem interested in you sexually because of lack of attraction. I think you should focus on getting in therapy, and not be dating or being concerned if she is a "ho" or not, the problem is you not her I said "no, I just like you" If you'd like someone you wouldn't talk about her the way you are talking here.

more confident, a bit more arrogant, maybe a bit more edgy… can he get the same results? Or will women immediately sense that he’s faking it? Yes he can get the same results but being confident and faking it are very different things. Also the bad boys often attract trauma bonding, you won't be able to attract those but you shouldn't want to.

They never really care. Only the women that want you for stability. It's fine tofocus on career but don't neglect the other parts that make you a interesting man.

I don't know what to tell you. My personal experience is that it simply doesn't. Yes you need a roof over your head and need to keep your place in order, and depending on where you live you might need a car, but that's it. I have those things but other than that I'm pretty broke because I quit my career to pursue my passion. Women are so much easier now.
/r/seduction11/02/26 10:32 PM

I date women to get to know them both personality wise and sexuality wise. And if after a while I decide they'd make a good partner I'll discuss this
/r/seduction11/02/26 02:56 PM

You're just limiting yourself with these beliefs. Not helping you at all. Plenty of average looking guys have women. As a man you just need to live the life you want to lead. Do something that fulfills you and you are passionate about. Take good care of yourself, take care of your body (not in order to look good, but to feel good & feel confident)
/r/seduction10/02/26 11:58 PM

Make them feel things. You don't do that by accomplishments or looks - but those can get you in the door.
/r/seduction10/02/26 03:56 PM
3

Well the problem is - once you sleep with all these women, you kind of rewire your brain and getting in a relationship is pretty difficult. Because there's always another date, who might be "even better". And your body is now used to novelty every week, and even a super awesome girl cannot compete with constant dopamine hits.

I can confirm all points this guy is making. It really aligns with my own experience. Bullet point 8 is the most important. But sadly that's something you have to experience yourself before you can believe it I think

don't know if it's because she's too shy or she just isn't a touchy person. I don't want to bring it up because it's only been 4 dates and I don't want her to "force" herself to be more touchy if she's not like that. We don't know either. She could be shy, it could be that she needs more connection and trust, it could be she's just not a touchy person. Can I shoot you a DM? I am not sure if I can share links over on this subreddit. Yes please! The avoidants or anxious people have the same reason for their disfunction, they just unconsciously choose a diffrent strategy. Yeah and what really annoys me is that society looks at anxious people as "poor them" and avoidants as the bad guys. I think avoidants are better simply due to the fact that they keep running away from relationships but at the same time can not stay alone (which is funny because…

meeting an attachment therapist tomorrow Awesome! What style of therapy is it? books claim 50% of people have secure attachment I've always found that a CRAZY statistic as well. Our society is so very numbed out emotionally, I think the amount of people that actually are in touch with love and their heart is super low. But maybe that is more than just attachement. In the end I think attachement is also a spectrum and you can be in different spots at different times and contexts. In the past I be…

In my experience, it is very rare that people with truly secure attachment get into pickup. Correct - and I think it's even quite rare in general to have a truly secure attachment. But to be clear, I'm not in the camp of having a secure attachment :) and it took me many years of my life to even realize this So you can't go hard on people on here. Not my intention to go hard on anyone at all. Just posted it with the intent of maybe making some people curious to dive into this rabbit hole
/r/seduction29/01/26 09:06 AM

Many people confuse trauma bonding or attachement style triggering as love. A lot of people carry so much protection from love. And I think this subreddit is a highlight of people with attachement issues. It takes a lot of inner work, therapy and vulnerability to start opening up again to love

It sounds like you tried escalating when there was simply no sexual tension. Yes she liked you, and she may have been interested in seeing your again, but she was not interested in kissing or being physical on a first date. I suspect she's really looking for a long term partner and she felt like you were just trying to score.
/r/seduction26/01/26 05:36 PM

Yes it happens, but more often than not , when it begins as just friends, it usually stays like that.

/r/seduction20/01/26 04:17 PM

My question wasn’t whether attraction must be instant, but whether some connections that start neutrally can still develop given a second meeting I think it's possible but I'd say the odds more on the low side. Women are quick to classify - and once you are put in the "just a friendly dude" box it's difficult to get out. So if you are interested in that, be unapolegetic about it, show romantic interest by flirting
/r/seduction20/01/26 04:11 PM
1

To me it doesn't sound like there was any flirting or sexual tension from either side. It might as well have been people just making a new friend by the vibe which you gave us.

Yes it is, becoming a better man just slightly increases your odds
/r/seduction18/01/26 08:33 PM

It could be either. There's no magical answer. I'd say wait a good week, and if she doesnt reach out by then, you COULD drop 1 more message but then completely drop it It also feels a bit more like for her its just friends, not romantic. But same could be said for you.

Well a good start would be not being a creep. Just talk to them as humans that you are interested and attracted to. You can at a later stage (not during the opening) tell them that you're exploring connections and wherever they may lead but not immediately looking for a long term relationship
/r/seduction09/01/26 05:06 PM

I mean I get you. Just take it as something to learn from. A kiss should never be a surprise. (even if it's a pleasant one) I actually like postponing a kiss, make her want it more. Im often making her wet in other ways before I'm kissing her. I only kiss when there's a lot of physical contact already, you're both full on flirting, you're looking at her lips often..you just build the tension. They'll love you for it. Then I'll get close to them, but still won't kiss. Like smelling her neck, brus…

I wasn't there so I can't tell... But judging by her reaction it sounds like you were not very well calibrated. Her saying immediately after wow you took me by surprise... Imagine you're hanging out with a male friend and you're just having a good friendly time, and suddenly his lips are right in front of your yours. He kisses you. He didn't force himself on you, but he had poor calibration and put you in a difficult position. That's how it sounds like it was for her.
/r/seduction07/01/26 09:19 PM
7

Well trust what she says. Having a good vibe doesn't mean there's sexual attraction (although you 2 touching each other would imply that there was but maybe you were being a bit optimistic) And it sounds like she felt like she was put in a position where she couldn't say no and went along with it and it felt really bad for her. So just learn from that and move on. And maybe apologize.

Well first of all it has nothing to do with career etc. It's about being your true authentic self. I used to be the shy kid who got bullied. I'm not suddenly super extraverted but I'm definitely not shy anymore. My best version was being comfortable and content with who I am, understanding how I work, respecting when I need space from loud settings. It was about embracing being sensitive and seeing it as a gift. Being authentic and emotionally connected is super magnetic, but it's not about the …

The secret to getting girls, is letting go. Stop searching, stop trying. You already have all the skills, now stop trying to force it Fully focus on having a full and fulfilling life outside of women. Trust that the women the will come naturally. But first, you have to stop trying to force it. I recommend Brian Begin on YouTube, he teaches these concepts well.

It's not something you can force. The connection is there or not. But in the beginning, I'd not give him everything too fast. Leave him wanting more the first few dates. Many men lose interest after having "conquered" someone. But at the same time u need to make him. Hot and horny for you. And in the meanwhile focus on building a connection.
/r/seduction15/12/25 07:48 AM
1

Just send a short and to the point message and then let it go. Like hey it was nice meeting you and I'd be down to meet you again if you'd like, have a lovely evening. Full stop and then you let it go. If she replies with anything other than a very clear yes, you let it go. It hurts but this is a part of life. It doesn't mean you're not good enough, it just means you're not a romantic match, you can't be for everyone
/r/seduction14/12/25 04:51 AM

It doesn't matter what she thinks. If being exclusive is what you need then you ask her. If she disagrees then you're simply not a match.

Maybe because I am not the best looking, self conscious and also I am really under confident and it shows in my words and actions. I am looking for genuine advices as in how can I improve my chances. You handle this part first. Therapy

My advice in those situation is therapy. Because that builds harmful negative self beliefs that can be quite difficult to get rid of, so you need help with it.
/r/seduction03/11/25 07:08 AM

Online dating works really well for me. Clubbing etc never did. Just not my environment. I do much better when I can have a real conversation with someone. So how do I cope with that? I just accept it, everyone has their strengths... Why would I try to fight an uphill battle if I can just meet women online.
/r/seduction02/11/25 11:03 PM

OK. And how much access do you have to your emotions? Do you cry and get angry?
/r/seduction02/11/25 04:57 PM
3

Well that's not a lot of info to go on. But it sounds like you're mostly being a "nice guy", not someone who really stands up for what he wants, doesn't take action etc. Hold back to please others. Is that possible?
/r/seduction02/11/25 04:49 PM
2

You probably have a blind spot. What do they give as the reason for not being interested? Can you in all honesty say you're proud of who you are without any resistance or parts of your life where you're lacking it?
/r/seduction02/11/25 04:07 PM
2

Well this was specifically in response to how to become a guy who's sexually attractive? So that. Women will like you alot, and you'll actually be much more selective about the women you'd wanna spend your energy on because you know your worth But that is just a part of the whole picture of course
/r/seduction02/11/25 04:03 PM
21

Becoming proud of yourself definitely is something you can reach, but there is always room for growth for sure. The secret is that becoming proud of who you are is not about being perfect or achieving some feats, but more about finding inner peace and healing your wounds. Combined with taking good care of yourself and living a life that is aligned with who you are. It's not about being rich etc.
/r/seduction02/11/25 02:42 PM

Ok then another word is self love
/r/seduction02/11/25 02:09 PM

Looks matter but not nearly as much as you'd think or as is the case for many men. For many women looks are more about taking good care of yourself, grooming, being decently dressed. Not looking like a bum. Not so much about genetical looks. And often it's very subjective. I know women who go like omg he's so hot (purely looks) while it's a very average or in my view even ugly guy. I think it has much more to do with how a guy carries himself actually.
/r/seduction02/11/25 12:09 PM

Become the man you're proud of being.
/r/seduction02/11/25 12:08 PM

Move on and 4 dates without sex is probably too much. I understand logistics weren't there but you should have created the right circumstances. However there is an exception, if you were aiming for a long term relationship, it's OK to not have sex early, but then you also gotta be fine with it if the match just isn't there (which this connection is showing)
/r/seduction29/10/25 09:28 PM
1

Great!!! That's the first step to ACTUALLY attracting women. Stopping with trying and acting. The real way to attract great connections is fully being yourself. Not your insecurities, your shame, blablabla. But that is a whole process in itself - but in the end, you can freely be who you are and that means you will automatically be flirty with the right women because that is what feels right to you in the moment.

It is not a non-factor. But if other ethnic guys are super successful it's simply not an excuse. This guy is obviously just trying to validate his excuse.

It sounds like you're just looking for confirmation for your limiting beliefs and pity party. I know plenty of ethnic guys that are way more successful than local guys. Stop making excuses. It's not about ethnicity. It's about the vibe you're putting out. If I'm even turned off by you what do you think women feel?

I think there's a healthy in between. You shouldn't care about what people think in general, you should find your self worth inside, not outside. But just dissociating from your emotions is not a healthy solution.

Any emotionally healthy, mature person would lose interest. Women who play hard to get are acting out old attachment wounds and fear of vulnerability. Men who chase that dynamic usually carry their own unresolved patterns too, like the need to prove themselves, earn love, or win someone’s approval. Real connection and relationships come from being secure, then there is no game to be won.

I've been with hundreds of women (that were decently attractive), and still feel invisible lmao So I think it's just not relevant. I don't think I get looks or I am just really bad at noticing them - but women obviously like me. But seeing as you actually GET approached.. that means you're already in the top 1% of attractive dudes, so just assume people find you attractive even if you're not noticing looks or feeling invisible

As someone who's been with more women than 99% of men, my answer is: I don't. It just doesn't work for me. Find the thing that works for you, don't try to force yourself into something you're not. Or, go to swinger clubs instead of normal clubs. Much more fun too

ayahuasca isnt gonna fix your dating profile Correct. But being "more of who you really are" will eventually show in your life, and thus in your profile - and will attract the people that are on the same frequency
/r/seduction26/09/25 01:47 PM

That is true - but you wouldn't want to be with those women anyway. I try to find women in places where people are bit more conscious, like yoga places or plant medicine spaces. But yeah, it is very difficult to find sadly. Especially younger women.

This is true for ego driven women (and the ego driven men they're attracted to). But connection is a real thing and it's not about wealth or social status etc. Get deep into tantra and drink a bunch of ayahuasca and you'll understand

Inflated ego due to being approached more often because most men see them as "easy options". Deep down they know they're not that attractive so they use "rejecting men" as a way to validate themselves and stroke their ego imo

It's not something you can "do". Once you are in doing mode you have already failed. 90% of it is being outside of your head and in the moment. I'd suggest, be the best version of yourself. You don't need to be a charismatic loud extrovert if that's not who you are. Perhaps it is who you are and insecurities are keeping you back, then focus on healing those insecurities. But it's a bit more likely you're just not on that side of the spectrum. I tried for many years to "become" like the guy you'r…

I think a lot depends on the age category, and the way they view you initially (when matching) After I got in my thirties and was focusing on women 25-35, most were fine with hooking up the first date. We never discussed it being a hookup (i dont think many women are looking for that) but more of a "lets see how we vibe and take it from there" kind of thing

Depends on the type of woman. Is it a healthy and self aware woman? She will actually be more attracted to you, because they look for men that are emotionally vulnerable Is she a trauma ridden woman with daddy issues? She'll run for the hills Also damn it hurts seeing how many people say don't show any emotion. That's really not healthy guys. We're humans, just like women, we have the same emotions. The long term solution is therapy - it's clear you have some deeper insecurity issues that you want to address Short term: a quick fix to start retraining your brain (because these are just automatic thought patterns) is to, whenever you notice them, just tell yourself the opposite, but try to do it with full belief. It will feel difficult and awkward at first, and hard to believe - thats what makes it difficult - but if you keep training it, it will eventually shift. Dont make the old pattern "…

This is therapy territory. Yes partly it's natural but it can also be a sign of avoidant attachement style. And dopamine addiction. I think if you want a fulfilling relationship, best not to have sex too soon, first build an actual connection and like her without sex.
/r/seduction24/08/25 12:15 PM
5

This is a complicated one imo. In my experience, yes, if you don't have sex on a first date when the option is there, often the women will flake afterwards. They would have stayed around if you did have sex. However, the authenticity is, that they didn't really feel the connection with you. The sex would have been a in-the-moment thing (and then still see you because of bonding hormones) - and it wouldn't have been out of authentic connection. I do think, if you had make enough physical contact …

Honestly I cba to go on bar dates. I don't enjoy them and for me it's difficult to connect with someone in that setting. Most of my first dates are actually at my place, or at a place near my place like a hike if they really prefer meeting in public (which is a small minority). This might be very dependent on where you live though, I know in US most women would say I'm crazy for suggesting to meet at my place.

Really don't understand how people can see so many women at once I've got hobbies and shit to do. I can't just date girls all the time. That's the whole thing with many in the seduction community. Dating is a replacement for having a life instead of an addition. And it can really be an addiction as well, especially when someone is using women to validate their self worth

It depends where the emoji use is cominf from. Is it this feeling energy of "oh I need to make sure she likes me, that this comes across funny etc etc" then it's not good, but then it's not just the emoji it's your whole idea that she's the one that needs to be chased

It really depends on the woman. Your best bet is simply becoming the best version of yourself - whatever that means for you. Who you want to be. Do not try to become something you're not, it will only make you unhappy. Attraction is a 2-way street. I'm mostly attracted to women that are into sensitive, emotionally intelligent men (think yoga types). You're misunderstanding me a bit. The whole point is - there is no "better than". I know it sounds cheesy, but you really need to be 100% ok with who you are, and be proud of who you are, and STOP COMPARING YOURSELF TO OTHERS. Only compare yourself to yourself. Compare yourself to who YOU want to be, and what you value in life. Do you WANT to be someone that chases?

You're simply very wrong, and you're refusing to believe it because you prefer to stay stuck in your little toxic mindset I'm guessing you are completely mixing up "genuinely kind" with "nice guy who is pretending to be nice out of insecurity and manipulative behavior, perhaps even without realizing it himself" ("I'm nice, why doesn't she give me attention, why does she go for the assholes" is a good sign of this)
/r/seduction04/08/25 10:08 PM

Most likely in his mind it actually isn't a big deal, which it isn't. And in your mind it's a thing and it's difficult. Our (subconscious) beliefs shape our reality.

Looking back, I feel like she probably wanted things to go further and I might’ve missed the moment. Well, yes. But you should do what you want to and feel like. If you didn't feel like sex, I don't think you should have sex. She might still be open to it but you'll need to be forward (like hey, lets continue where we left off this weekend)
/r/seduction30/07/25 03:24 PM
4

It kinda depends imo. And it depends where your "standards" come from. It's all about attraction. If you are attracted to someone and want to have sex with her, then go for it. Who cares if others see her as "too low". But are you simply not into her at all? Then no! You'd be abusing yourself. (But.. it happens... but you will usually not feel good about it after)

Women can smell how you feel about yourself. That will be your biggest point of improvement 100%. And yes - when being dealt those cards and those rejections it's only natural to form this belief. But that doesn't mean it has to stay. I once thought like you btw

How you present yourself definitely is part of it - grooming, style, confidence, taking care of yourself. But not about "looks" as in how your face was genetically made. If you are below average genetically you can still become hot in other ways. I'm very average in looks, but very high above average in succes with women
/r/seduction22/07/25 03:24 PM

as an average guy? Super simple! Step 1: don't be an average guy. And this has nothing to do with looks. Why would a woman want to give her body to just an average guy? Live an interesting life, a life that you LOVE - the rest will take care of itself.

Wounded women go for wounded men. And most people in our society are wounded. But do you really wanna play the game of trauma bonding? I don't think it's a path to happiness for either party. I think that's where the obsession of some women with bad boys comes from - just a reflection of their fathers love they never received so they continue that pattern

You're looking at this the complete wrong way young padawan. It's not about "there's something to be said for having female friends" or having them guaranteeing you women or not. Many of you will likely argue that most women prefer a nice guy. However, that’s not entirely accurate. Be careful here. Women don't want "nice" guys (the manipulative & insecure kind that are pretending to be nice to get in their pants) - but they DO want actual kind & warm man (if that is who you are - dont force it) I tried running away from my sensitive side for a big part of my life because I thought I needed to be tough/alpha - but in the end, my authentically warm, kind , sensitive, empat…

Therapy brother. Your story is super recognizable to me. The reason you're having sex in the first place (and have that urge to immediately have sex) is possibly coming from a not so healthy place. Such as looking for validation, from being insecure, avoidant attachement style, etc. Not out of wanting to truly connect to a human being - which is what we all want really deep down beneath all the layers of buried stuff

There is no "problem" to fix. Embrace it, welcome it. Don't be ashamed of it. You don't need to do anything with it if the vibe is not there, but definitely dont shame yourself. If she notices she should really just feel very honored that your body is clearly attracted to her!

I think being authentic is important. Many women are completely open to something casual, but what does that really mean. You won't find many women that purely want a physical hookup. But is that really what you want? Or are you looking for a fun time, connecting emotionally, intellectually, and eventually physically - without further commitment? Plenty of women want that. Is it because they don't give you a chance, or because your heart is closed before you even approach them? Or that you are simply not in touch with your emotions at all? This is a completely subconscious thing and women have a natural radar to pick up on this - and they can't explain it themselves. I like Brian Begin's stuff on youtube on this topic.

They only do when they sense it's coming from an insecure or needy place. Or if you've been holding up some fake front all the time. Be your authentic self and attract who actually fits with you
/r/seduction27/03/25 03:46 PM

These days theres sooo much free or cheap resources out there online. There isn't really an excuse. Chatgpt is a great start for example. I consumed a lot of seduction material when I was younger. Looking back I wished I put that time and effort into self improvement instead (which is what I've been doing the last few years)
/r/seduction15/03/25 09:44 PM

For both you and OP Stop putting on a mask. Start being completely real and yourself. If you have neediness and insecurity issues, then work on those through therapy.
/r/seduction15/03/25 07:13 AM

I actually fully agree. But that only happens at a certain level of maturity, and it feels like this is more a college kid hoping that his crush will like him kind of vibe. So that's why I put it so black and white because he needs to move on :) But that's why I said 99%
/r/seduction06/03/25 05:23 AM

No. 99% women either are interested or are not. She's not. Super unlikely to ever change.
/r/seduction05/03/25 07:35 AM

Might be he's scared to make a move. Just keep making physical contact. Sit really close to him, touch his legs, try to get hugs, just be really close to him and try to let it naturally evolve to a kiss
/r/seduction03/03/25 05:04 PM

Perhaps, but how did she feel about those time afterwards? Pushing through for sex is possible, but it's likely that she will regret it because "she let herself be used again". Not worth it, be better than the rest. At some point it's easy to get sex anywhere anyway, so it simply truly doesn't matter (and being honestly completely fine with it also makes you 10 times as attractive) The way you say it is coming purely out of ego (and thus insecurity and looking for validation). That's not somethi…

I agree with much of your post but... they will let him use them for sex. That is not a healthy way of looking at it. When you are a nice, respectful, but also fun and adventurous/attractive guy to be with, they want nothing more than to have sex
/r/seduction14/02/25 11:00 PM
1

Now to let her go or to try and steal her. I really thought she was the one. Oof... Dude. I mean this in the kindest way possible. But please, get in therapy. There's a lot of unhelpful patterns that are obstructing any progress with women for you at the moment.
/r/seduction14/02/25 08:15 PM

I'm talking about be/nl/ger mostly, but I have found the same when traveling all over Europe. Only Greece was particularly difficult in that regard It's most likely because of the type of women you attract?
/r/seduction12/02/25 03:26 PM
1

What... No. You are absolutely bonkers for saying that I'm sorry. In western europe that is most definitely not a thing. Perhaps if you're 17 or something... But through my dating between mid twenties to late thirties this was never an issue. Of course there's women that only date to find a husband but you will have that all over the world. I'm always honest and open about my views on dating and 90% of women understood even if they did not always like it, but still kept seeing me.
/r/seduction12/02/25 11:36 AM

I met my best female friends on tinder and yes they hook me up with their friends. They do that because they love me, not because they're my "wingmen" My point is, treat people as humans and friends, the rest will follow
/r/seduction11/02/25 08:47 AM
2

There is no dealing with it. There's only doing it. It won't go away. Tricks are the 3 second rule to overrule your brain from coming up with excuses. And always assume attraction
/r/seduction10/02/25 09:09 AM
14

Here's a wild take. You don't "make her choose you". You just live a fun and interesting life for yourself, you become the authentic man that you are, and women will be attracted to that.
/r/seduction05/02/25 05:02 PM
2

Like others have said - you don't. You first start with yourself and loving yourself. Women will come automatically eventually. Lose weight, work out, read books, and get in therapy! You got this brother
/r/seduction01/02/25 11:13 PM

Maybe I shouldn't have said whole of eastern europe :) but honestly I can't completely recall where they were from. I think russia & ukraine. Perhaps armenia too. Idk, maybe it's different if you're a western tourist trying to flesh with money or something similar that would attract this, but that is definitely not how most women are. Not at all - it was on tinder in my home country, women that moved to here. Super weird experience. I don't pay for dates except maybe just a drink. I noticed they…
/r/seduction28/01/25 03:35 PM
8

It's a eastern European thing(edit: or some countries at least). She'll expect you to pay for everything too. Boyfriends often actually pay their appartment rent too. For me a reason not to date those women, simply too big if a cultural gap
/r/seduction28/01/25 12:31 PM
1

Nope. You need to be unapologetically yourself. For that you first need to know who you are and what you stand for, have passions, etc. And then be radically authentic. Not every girl will like you, but your type will like you.
/r/seduction14/01/25 08:35 AM
1

Sounds like you didn't build any sexual tension and she saw it as just friends because there was no spark. It could also of course be that it has nothing to do with you and she just has stuff going on in her own life And why she just unmatched instead of say it - because people these days are stupid.
/r/seduction12/01/25 08:45 AM
4

Learn to be open and honest about it. Don't try to avoid confrontation. Even if it's uncomfortable. This makes you a 100% better man and thus much more attractive
/r/seduction11/01/25 12:26 AM
29

Nothing went "wrong". You're not supposed to be with everyone. Allow natural connection, or disconnection.
/r/seduction06/01/25 06:51 PM
18

Allow natural connections, or disconnections to form. Do what feels right. Don't force yourself to be friends if you aren't interested in them but I definitely recommend at least being open to making friends.
/r/seduction27/12/24 12:16 PM
1

Don't lower your standards, however make sure you're not lying to your self about attraction. Some people put crazy expectations just out of Ego or actually as a defense to not have people get close to them.
/r/seduction20/11/24 06:50 AM
10

Just talk, get to know her at a deeper level (don't ask boring questions. Make it more emotional oriented) And have physical contact. Hug her when you meet, and gradually start with small touches like on her legs when you say something, eventually move on and escalate and eventually kiss. This is something that if you're not used to can feel scary but it's the man's job.
/r/seduction19/11/24 06:46 PM
2

Be who you are. Women love kind men as long as they're also confident not needy and have their own life.
/r/seduction13/11/24 06:21 PM
2

There is some truth to what you're saying, but not entirely. You're right when you're specifically talking about young club girls that are still very superficial and not mature at all. But dating those women and all the drama involved gets old very fast. But plenty of hot women will care much more about being with an actual mature man, where thus is a very important aspect which not many guys get right
/r/seduction13/11/24 09:42 AM
2

Being muscular is still an advantage, but the thing that is most attractive about it is not the muscles itself, but the discipline they represent. As OP said, muscular guys mostly get compliments from other guys. Lots of guys assume women are like men as in they are so attracted to physical traits. The amount of women that really care that much about muscles themselves is rather small.
/r/seduction12/11/24 10:30 PM
2

Therapy, psychedelics, meditation, yoga, reading self improvement books (especially around emotional awareness), losing your ego and simply getting older. pi.ai or chatgpt will make a personalized plan for you, just ask it to explain what im talking about and have it quiz you to figure out where you are on this aspect and to make a personalized plan on how to move forward
/r/seduction12/11/24 10:22 PM
-4

I was talking about women, not girls
/r/seduction12/11/24 10:20 PM

Build emotional maturity and awareness, and confidence. That is super hot for women, not muscles
/r/seduction12/11/24 04:56 PM

And also you don't really get to pick what you remove emotions from. Many men go through life very numb in general after a heartbreak because they choose to not feel anymore.
/r/seduction11/11/24 09:33 PM
2

For sure - not the message I was trying to convey. The problem is, that attachement that you mention, is not coming from a healthy space - its more likely related to an insecure attachement style, or insecurity in general. However the solution to that is not removing your emotions.
/r/seduction11/11/24 07:52 PM

You don't want to do that. Your emotions are your guidance system.

/r/seduction21/10/24 01:57 PM

How'd it go
/r/seduction19/10/24 04:15 AM

Make sure to make physical contact, even if it's scary. Slowly build it up, first some light touches on the knee or arm, if she doesn't reject it slowly go more.. Eventually just hold your hand on her leg and eventually go for kiss and then groping and escalate And bring condoms
/r/seduction17/10/24 04:19 PM
3

Just in my opinion - you're close - vulnerability is definitely a huge part of it, but I don't agree with "awareness of the other person's state". That sounds more like you're adjusting to the other person. That works, but it's kind of "manipulating" - changing yourself to what attracts the other person. That is not the goal. Furthermore, we're not talking about authenticity in terms of "i really like this anime and i love video games". It is much more about emotional authenticity - which could …

Talk to a therapist! This is a classic case of avoidant attachment style. It's our way of preventing getting hurt The book Attached can give you good insights too. This is something that is absolutely rampant in the "seduction" community btw. Most guys end up here from being hurt/rejected by women when they are younger, and they're just trying to validate that they are indeed attractive.. but it quickly becomes a never ending cycle, because that need can never be fulfilled externally, no matter …

This is what scares me a little, about maybe never being able to fully get rid of it. Its not something to be scared of. I might have misworded it. I used to have this to an extreme extent, and now I am basically very happy and proud of who I am, and I'm plenty successful with women... but, there are still moments, where I have this doubt inside. Mostly in specific situations that remind me of that wound. But in that moment, I can easily just say ahhh, I see you, and it's ok to feel whatever the…

It's something super deep seated so it's difficult. I'm not sure if you're ever able to fully "get rid of it" but there is a lot that you can change. I would start with mushrooms, preferably in a guided therapeutic setting (can be a group) In my opinion it's more about learning to show love to that part that is so insecure, not fight it, but also not attach to it. Just see it as a part of you that is asking for YOUR validation and approval.( see IFS)
/r/seduction15/09/24 05:19 PM

All of them :)
/r/seduction15/09/24 04:50 PM

It's because the inner child in you is stuck in being hurt and feeling ugly. And external validation, more women, will NEVER fulfill that hurt - even though it will keep looking for it. The answer is learning to love yourself. (Not about how you look) Therapy, plant medicine, healthy habits, ..., gain the trust from that hurt child, and make it see how much you like and love yourself, how much you take care of yourself - not out of need of approval, but just because of you

If you do meet, make it 100% just friends from your side. Don't show any interest, and don't take any of her bait of flirting with you. She just wants you as an orbiter that she can fall back to for attention. Use her to meet other women.

Anyway, The girl that is staying with her friend, is she coming for you or just to visit the island? It's not something you fix. You are just wired differently. Best to just accept it, maybe communicate openly with her about it. You should both do a 16personalities.com test - my guess is you will be N and she will be S (intuitive vs sensing). First of all, because I learned to completely ignore that feeling to the point not even knowing that feeling was there anymore. I became stuck in a repetitive loop of unfulfilling connections because I thought 'hey its sex, this is what i was always looking for, so i must want it'. I used to think that being able to be with many women was the holy grail, but it really doesn't fulfill you. Most people are mediocre. You probably are too. The way you become attractive is through confidence, self worth, and having an interesting life and personality

A manager flirting with someone they're managing is kind of a no-no in general. She would be putting her job on the line with this. And then on top of that, her being so forward and obvious with it, especially on those circumstances, is kind of unlikely unless you're a supermodel

OK, can you truthfully answer these questions? 1) do you truly like yourself 2) are you proud of yourself 3) do you know what you're bringing to a quality woman's life 4) do you have a purpose in your life If the answer to any is no, then that is what you need to work on. The women will come by themselves. Being physically attractive just isn't relevant if above things are in order.
/r/seduction06/07/24 06:49 PM

You're simply wrong, sorry. This is 100% your own limiting belief playing out. You assume you're ugly and girl won't like you = you will feel like you are ugly and unattractive = girls won't be attracted to you But a guy with the exact same looks, but a solid belief in himself, the same women could very well be attracted.
/r/seduction06/07/24 04:17 PM

Of course looks matter, and model looking guys have it easy. But they don't matter nearly as much as you think, and a guy can overcome mediocre looks in so many ways, while that is much more difficult for women

It's a long process. Therapy, meditation, journaling, psychedelics, tantra, bodywork, ... Really diving deep into your inner world, your unconscious, and unraveling your belief structures. I feel like a LOT of guys end up in this community out of trauma, insecurity etc and just are looking for ways to cope with the insecurity. getting laid and being found attractive to women can feed that hole... for a very little moment. That's the whole point, you can't fill that hole with external things. It …
/r/seduction02/07/24 07:28 PM

Really you need to examine the inner underlying insecurity that is causing you to feel this way. It's a deeply subconscious belief structure, probably coming from a core wound of "not being good enough" therapy, meditation, journaling, psychedelics, ...

How can I avoid this in the future? Is she just crazy, or am I doing something wrong? Well how you can "avoid" it is talking about what you both are looking for on the first date or even before. Other than that, there is nothing to be done. You simply weren't a match and are looking for different things. You shouldn't want to change her mind on that.

/r/seduction10/06/24 09:58 PM

Simple. You don't! And be proud of being a kind human. Much of the reason arrogant guys get women is because of filling trauma bonding roles (daddy issues, lacking father approval that was distant, and aching for it, etc) The only trap you need to look out for is not being a people pleaser and being kind in order to be liked.

The reason women ghost is mostly because it's difficult to be honest and open and saying she wasn't feeling it. There's no way to overcome this. It's just having the balls to escalate even when you feel you shouldn't. Just force yourself, especially if she seems interested, to go 1 step further. Put your hand on her leg, and enjoy the tension that it creates. And then go from there.

The dog is just a excuse that works to take them home. It doesn't matter if it's a dog, a guitar, anything random. They want to go to your place at this point. You probably could even skip the fancy cocktail bar

At your age, if you have some savings, you could invest it in (well-vetted) companies that can help you grow in this aspect. You'll likely learn and improve more in 1 weekend than you would in 1 year trying to do it alone

Re-read your comments and think to yourself who is talking from ego and who isn't. yes, US is fat. But so are the guys. The percentage between genders is pretty much the same (40% of guys & girls 20-35 in US are obese) That means that actually the women have the same problem as you. They can only date 60% of the pool. Just like you can only date 60% of the pool.

As a European, US was actually was easier for me. It's all about the fact that you're traveling and you're in a different mindset yourself. Don't tell yourself this bullshit, its all an excuse.

All Women in online dating have overabundance. They can be a lot more selective online. Plenty of horny guys will swipe her anyway. It is what it is.

Its part of the cycles many guys go through. I don't think love exists anymore. It's all just a transaction. The fairytale love you were made to believe doesn't exist. But love does exist. Be happy you got the belief of having lots of sex out of your system at a young age, you can now focus on having a true connection

seeking validation usually stems from being a people pleaser, and thus needing other their validation to feel good. It can lead to a lot of problems in finding your identity, making decisions etc. Usually it stems from childhood trauma (doesnt have to be anything big.. it can be just 1 bad experience like being teased, and your brain can form a pattern around it which you have been reinforcing all your life) some videos that i think are pretty good: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l3aTvXPA08g (a…

Don't "try to" do anything. Just be yourself. All of this advice is horrible. Should you right away go confess your love to her? no. But should you pretend to be all cool an distant? hell no. just be yourself, be cool, and tell her you really think she's cool. Just don't overdo it

One possibility is, she was expecting you to escalate to sex, and got bored of waiting/someone else came along

I'm in exactly the same boat, and have been scratching my head about it as well. So far my own conclusions: Day (and especially night) game is just a totally different beast than online dating. Your skills just don't translate very well in that area. You're basically starting almost from scratch. Online dating tells you in advance which women are single and actually might like you.. much harder in real life, as most women will already have a boyfriend, or you might simply not be their type. Howe…

I guess a fun interesting life is subjective. It doesn't have to be anything big. But if you're only on your computer all day playing games you won't have much stories to tell. For me I tried out a few other hobbies and traveled a lot

Have a fun and interesting life and personality. Boom, suddenly you don't have to do anything or try and convince them, because they're simply attracted to who you are.

Are really that dumb to not be able to rationalize their feelings? No... you seem to be that dumb to not realize feelings aren't a rational thing, and more often than not cannot be rationalized You can pretend to give rational explanations to your emotions, but that's simply not how it works. You're only kidding yourself

Women aren't fickle. She just wasn't into you and wanted to let you down easy. She seems like a nice person. Improve and become the most attractive and interesting version of yourself you can be. Be in love with yourself before you expect others to do so.

There are a few facebook groups for that, where guys share their profile and get feedback. I like school of tinder
/r/seduction13/02/22 11:26 AM

The answer is no, but you're probably mixing up 2 things. Women don't like a man that is TOO eager. They don't want him to be an asshole that ignores them, but they are attracted to men that have things going on in their life other than her.

Make sure you're doing it where you can shine. Night game / clubbing simply won't work as well as for example day game or online dating for some people. Find what your niche is.

Every time I’m typing a word I feel like I’m walking through a minefield ready to skyrocket me to the ghost zone at the first wrong comma or as soon as I try to make the girl engage even just a bit more This is probably the real issue.

I'm successful in dating but I'm not happy... Its all my life is. I'm trying to figure out how I can change this but it feels like I'm stuck in a loop. the good thing is, you can actually do something about that :) but it takes practice. furthermore, if you don't consider yourself attractive, believe me being being well-groomed, well-dressed, hygienic can make you go from a 4/10 to a 7/10.

You're basically saying what you're doing wrong. People think you come off as creepy. You think of yourself as painfully lonely. You should probably focus on getting an interesting and happy life before trying to attract women.

re-read your post. Lots of self-loathing and self-pity. Do you think this is the kind of guy girls want? Maybe you should just go to an escort to get it out of your system so you can see its all not a big of a deal

Try other ways to be dominating without actually physically harming her. Like restraining her without hurting. You can be very dominant without actually hurting.

First , learn to respect who you are, and what makes you unique. You don't have to be this outgoing happy fun guy if you just aren't that guy. The faking it might work for a while, but to achieve actual results, you will need to embrace who you are at your core. If that means you are actually an introvert who is more keen on listening to people than talking yourself, you should work on that quality, and become confident in that way. Right now I can be very confident without saying much - I know …
