I have a homeboy who goes out like 3 days a week and sleeps with a new girl every week. He’s a decent looking guy in good shape and always well groomed. But the thing that separates him from most people I know is he gives 0 fucks about rejection. If he sees a girl he likes he’s gonna go up and talk to her doesn’t matter if she’s with her friends or anything. He also makes it a clear that he’s trying to continue hanging out when the bar/club is let out. So basically most of the guys I know that get laid the most put in the most volume and don’t wait for “choosing signals” or anything like that.

I’ve met many pickup guys. Most guys don’t get results, and then there are guys who just bang every girl. Here are the common traits for top guys in order #1 good looks #2 they use online dating #3 good logistic in a big city #4 they are very confident/experience with women #5 they make pretty good money or at least they afford nice apartments/cars/nice dates

But the main attribute has always been looks when it comes to hookups. Muscles, nice hair, good style, good pics. The better the looks the more crazy exponential results

Don’t hookup with people because your friends do. Do it because you’ve dated amazing women and after meeting some really great girls you’ve decided one of them is worth sharing your sexual energy with. Truly women don’t offer much to a man unless it’s the right one for him. Keep putting in your mind you already have the right girl for you and she’ll show up. Make sure they are tested beforehand and if they are not wear protection, honestly I wouldn’t even go for it until they make you feel so good and secure about it imo. Focus on their pleasure as well versus just your own, while also enjoying and having a good time. The rest will work itself out. The more you chase the more life runs from you the more you build an amazing life the more life comes searching for you.

Guys over play how important looks are. Sure, maybe the top 5% hot guys have it easy, but that's no where near approaching most men. I also want you to consider that if you have it that easy casual sex can lose its novelty and excitement.

Focus on what you can control which is the confidence and self esteem issues you mentioned. Obviously it's easier said then done and everybody hates this advice, but it's a cliche for a reason: it works.

I also want you to take sex off the pedestal. Having a bunch of casual sex isn't all that's it made out to be. When you're young you can ride the high of the ego boost it brings, but it's all temporary and you'll find yourself needing to hook up again. After you ride the carousel a couple dozen times, you'll start to realize it doesn't bring any lasting happiness or satiety.

Trust me, sex itself isn't always great, especially when it's with a stranger and you're both drunk. Ive had a few times where the post nut clarity made me feel like an idiot, realizing I was laying in bed with someone who had a dirty ass apartment and I had no interest in seeing them again.

Not to mention the risk of preganncy, STDs, stage 5 clingers etc. It's not all it's cracked up to be.

Don't get me wrong I still get the itch to hook up here and there, but I just don't give a fuck anymore. I have standards and I won't just hook up with anyone because I know that sex is not going to change my life.

You are the only one who can change your life. If you lack confidence you should start being more daring, take more risks. Put yourself out there to achieve your goals, not just sexual goals, but self betterment goals. Get better at talking to people in general etc.

Confidence isn't what you might be picturing, it isn't embodying a PUA Coach, or James Bond type figure. Confidence is being yourself, without shame towards your desires. It's knowing that you're allowed to show interest, and ask people out, and make your attraction known. These are the real things that hold people back.

Do you want the truth? Years of experience make the difference. A lot of trial and error, patience and emotional control, work on yourself, your attitides ans habbits, your feeling and empathy, your energy.

It's just the experience behind, no a simple tricks and a shortcut. It's just a collection of things which became subconscious. Go to meet women and get hurt, you learn with each one and you do better next. Build up yout value also!

There isn't a simple answer here OP. A lot of the comments are right. I can offer you my advice. Id recommend you study pickup game, read books like the game, the subtle art of not giving a fck, no more Mr nice guy. Learn about human psychology, im not saying you need a degree, but it helps to understand the underlying reasons women act why they do. The most important advice though is don't focus on getting women, focus on becoming a man that women want to be with. If you care about and love yourself more than rejection hurts, and its more important to you how you feel about yourself than what she thinks of you then you will have success with women. I can't tell you how you should really achieve that though, because your journey can't be the same as mine.

I had like 3 hookups between my late teens and early twenties, while my friend who was a weed dealer was hooking up with different girls daily. By the nature of the business he was always coming into contact with chicks, chilling and smoking with them and one thing would always lead to another.

My path was very different and didn’t start until after I met my now wife. She is bi and women for whatever reason gravitate towards her. We regularly get approached at the gym by females making sexual advances who literally tell us they want a threesome in so many words. The same goes for nearly every time we go out to drink. We’re pretty selective so we definitely don’t entertain every opportunity, but needless to say I’ve had my fill, and the fact that my wife is involved makes it much more exciting than the couple of random hookups I had before I met her.

Just the other night she posted a very nonchalant picture of us on Snapchat and she got a random message by some chick saying “You guys are soo hot, we should hangout sometime.” She included a selfie of herself in a bikini unsolicited lol.

In a normal situation is not a quick process (at least not for me or anyone I know). It takes time, the ‘magic’ usually happens only on the second or third date.

Be honest of your intentions and shoot your shot. It was extremely easy when I was in college, though I have moved on from hook-ups since I was like 21-22. You don't have to be a goof and say "I only want to have sex with you" but make it clear that you aren't seeking a relationship. Don't lead anyone on.
