I already wrote about this in r/TwoX. But it's only gotten worse and I know some of you out there might be in management positions and I just need advice.

I am sure there are lots of men here that have been in my position and having this situation with a coworker or even their boss. I didn't feel this post would get the insight I'm looking for in r/AskMen, but please do let me know if this doesn't belong here...

The topic I originally wrote about in TwoX was my boss making comments about my weight.

The first incident happened when he noticed I was in pain (I have endometriosis, it's a girly disease, don't look it up if you're adverse to those types of things). He asked me what was wrong and I told him my stomach hurt. He replied: Well it IS big enough.

And said that his was too, as if that made it ok to blatantly comment on my weight.

I was so upset and I didn't say anything about it because at that point, I just wanted to get out of there.

It's happened three more times since then. He told me my desk would be set up differently in the new office (we recently moved) and that I'd be able to get out a lot easier. He said I wasn't exactly "twiggy" and "sorry, but it's the truth". He commented on his own weight as well that time, again, thinking it would make it ok.

He commented that my legs would have to be smaller to do "that" (I sit crosslegged at work, I know it's weird but it's comfortable for me).

Things got even better today as he pigeonholed me into admitting to what time I signed on instant messenger (we use it to communicate at work, I just added my work contacts to my personal messenger), I couldn't remember and he told me the EXACT TIME (what the fuck, it's before 9 AM it's MY TIME) and accused me of being later than I was (five fucking minutes woo hoo, the elevator here is slow) and I told him about the elevator being slow and said next time I'd take the stairs, and he said I should seeing as how it would be good for me, but not my male coworkers standing there as they'd fade away into nothing.

I need to confront him. Today. I am scared to, and I don't want to feel like a little girl when I do it.

MRA's how did you react when you were on the receiving end of harassment? What did you do? How did you stop it?

Just FYI: There is no HR. He owns the company. The best I can do if I confront him and it doesn't stop is go to the labor board.

TL;DR Boss is making comments on my weight. I have to confront him today. How do I go in there feeling confident?

Thanks in advance if you take the time to read and comment.
