There are some really great feminists out there.

You can't really trust the current feminist movement, though--there are too many examples of injustice towards men done in the name of feminism and then further defended by feminists. Many feminists are hostile to the very idea of a men's rights movement, or any concept of females as non-victims.

A lot of people here would assume every feminist is their enemy; I would say don't assume either way.

The problem is that feminism is not fighting for equality, nor has it been since the beginning. I think this article, also linked in the sidebar, would answer your questions quite nicely.

You are misunderstanding the meaning of feminism. Mens rights is a direct opponent of feminism. They know it, we know it, the people not generally interested in either category arent going to be as privy to this knowledge. The sooner more people understand this the better.

Why didn't you post this in the feminist subreddits asking the same thing? There is a HUGE amount of anti-MRA sentiment there.

Because you have no problem with women speaking out against MRAs, and have disregarded every reason given here about problems with Feminism.

It is only sexist when men do it. /s

because any time men and women come together to fight for equality....such as when many men joined the feminist movement, there were always more pressing concerns about women to be dealt with, its never about equality if we joineed together there would just be the loudest and most radical voices from either side shouting at each other and getting no where.

as for feminism, its never done anything positive for me, or my gender, its not going to look out for my interests when it conflicts with the interests of women and its certainly not gonna accept members who think patriarchy theory is a pile of shite.
