I have a stay at home wife. My house is a pig sty. My wife doesn't do a fucking thing. I cook for every meal, do the shopping, pay the bills, clean the house, yard work, car repairs, everything.

I want very badly for my wife to go back to work, but she will not go.

All this will accomplish is more men in poverty and alone. Women will always gravitate towards men who can support them. If there are fewer such men then they'll have to share. That's still preferable to many women than settling for an unemployed man.

No matter how much harder you make it for men to have a career, they will always be under more pressure to succeed in it.

I think it's great.

Let all women know that slaving away in a cubicle all your life isn't some journey of self-actualization, and how being pressured into doing it is a pretty raw deal.

No stay-at-home comforts for them anymore and no "choice" between a career and staying at home. Slave away to provide for you and yours like all men do.

I have a stay at home wife. We both made the decision because we felt that it would benefit the kids to have a parent raise them instead of a day care facility or baby sitter. I am in management for a major retailer and do not make a huge amount of money either (mid 40s). She is an amazing women who can sniff out deals to save money as well as do a lot of little odd jobs online and selling things on eBay to make extra money here and there. She keeps all the bills paid, the children's schooling in order, the house is immaculate and when I get home from working 12+ hour shift at work, she has no problem having supper on the table when I get home. Like I said, she is an amazing women. I don't look down on those who choose to work. It does take a lot of sacrifice to be able to do what we do but in the end it is really all about and for our three children. When they are old enough to be home alone she will definitely go back to work.

This article is going to get published. The review process will encourage some minor corrections here and there, but that is it.

The real story going on here is that the authors are interested in creating another victimizing boogeyman for their feminist cohorts. This is almost identical to the so called "self-hating Jew" that complains about Israel.

No variable for work effort. Just a variable for the sex of the worker, and a variable for how favorably they were viewed. Corelation does not prove causation.

No variable for how well the organization is actually running, but one variable for the perceived operation quality, and one variable for how many female employees they had. Again, in addition, corelation does not prove causation.

"find organizations with female leaders as relatively unattractive"

No variable for how interested they were in the product, service or cause the organization had. Again, corelation does not prove causation.

" deny, more frequently, qualified female employees opportunities for promotion."

No variable at all for how well the women worked. Corelation does not prove causation.

The problem with corelational study is that it misses other potential variables and causes. This is why in science, experimental data is required to actually prove two variables have anything to do with each other, so to speak.

This is yet another article poorly written and conducted to make a statement and make people believe that it is science. The sad part is people will believe the paper, despite the fact that it finds nothing.
