BERLIN - A Munich disc jockey held for five hours as a sex slave by a 47-year-old German man said on Monday she would press charges of sexual coercion and deprivation of freedom against a man she had met just a few hours earlier in a local pub.

The 43-year-old disc jockey named Delana S. told Munich's T.Z. newspaper that she had to call police to rescue her from the man's flat in Munich after he locked her inside, hid the key and forced her to have repeated sex with him.

"He was sex mad and there was no way out of the flat," Delana said. She told the daily, which had also earlier published a police report about the incident, that she had consensual sex with the man three times earlier that day on Easter Monday.

"I was having a beer at the pub after work and met this man - and we hit it off right away," Delana said, referring to their meeting at a pub in Munich's Ludwigsvorstadt district. "He was quite attractive," she added. But after the first consensual rounds, Delana said she wanted to leave. She discovered he had locked the doors from the inside and hidden the key so she could not leave. She thought about trying to flee over the balcony but it was too high, she said.

"I realized I was trapped and had to keep going until he fell asleep," Delana said. "So we had sex five more times."

As soon as the man fell asleep, Delana said she went out to the balcony and placed an emergency call to police on her cell phone. Police arrived 10 minutes later.

The man unlocked the door to let the authorities in. He then promptly propositioned the officers, police said. "He tried to persuade the police officers to join him in 'related activities' - albeit unsuccessfully," Munich police wrote in a press release.

The man was taken into custody and later released. He now faces charges of sexual coercion and deprivation of freedom.

Ask them what they think of the article, about how unfair it is that the rapist wasn't named but the victim was, of whether it was rape (since the article doesn't call it that), and their general impression of both the victim and the rapist.

Then send them the actual article. See if their opinions on it change.

Well guys, I've said it before, and I'll say it again.

As women are an oppressed class, any action they take towards their oppressor class cannot be considered violent or coercive. To even suggest that a member of a oppressed class can rape that of the oppressor class is just male privilege.

This is the feminist mindset.

This is why women can't be considered rapists, but only "sex-mad".

As the victim of child abuse, I've had to live with this double standard for too long. The idea that I can't be raped. That I'm some love-starved nerd who does everything in his power to oppress and rape woman as opposed to a boy and a man who has been raped over and over.

No, I can be raped, and I have been raped by men and women alike.

If you think this is male privilege... I can't even say what I want because I'm going through some therapy right now to help deal with this.

Fuck you feminists. You continue to support this double standard, and by doing so you support rape, (and uh, calling victims of rape "hate mongers who want to just rape and oppress women"). So seriously, fuck you.

In the original news report, both parties were anonymous. I don't know for sure, but it seems he is named in this story because he came forward and wanted to be named. Not naming her is fine because it's only a charge, and that policy should be gender-neutral. Moreover, if his account is accurate, it would be false imprisonment.
