Stop.

Realize you're living a very dangerous lifestyle and that any time one of these girls feels that you've taken advantage of her, you're going to jail.

The likelihood of her playing this game with you goes up if she has a boyfriend.

The best thing you can do is change your lifestyle so that you've screened these women thoroughly.

Keep texts, be blatantly obvious with what you want, and save every single shred of information that you can.

The likelihood of her being able to convict you of rape goes down when you have texts from her telling you that she wants you to "fuck her like an animal" or something to that extent.

It's VERY important to make a girl voice her interest in having sex with you. VERY VERY VERY IMPORTANT.

If she has not expressed interest in you in a way that you can document, it'll be her word over yours.

Guess whose word the courts listen to.

Don't have sex with women who are in relationships (obviously with someone other than you).
Don't have sex with women who are drunk.
Don't have sex with women where it's likely they will be pissed off afterwards (i.e. one night stand and you never call them back).

Those 3 steps alone will cut down on the false rape accusations. However, there's no way to avoid the FRAs that result from breaking up with a woman.

Protect yourself by not getting into risky situations. Get to know a person before having sex with them. Those are pretty good ways to protect yourself.

If you want to continue your lifestyle without making any sacrifices and yet still be protected, you will have to put some effort into coming up with a method - like recording things. But that has its own drawbacks.

In the end, while these stories seem common here, this group is also biased to show such stories. If you look at a region and the number of reported rapes, it is actually a small fraction of the number of "hook ups" that occur in that region. On top of that, not every rape accusation is false, so the number of false accusations per hook up in a region is pretty small.

These numbers only become significant when we compare rape accusations versus false rape accusations, both of which are small numbers compared to population sizes, for example.

There is no way to get yourself in a situation where it can't happen, unless you lock yourself in your house and disappear from society all together so nobody knows that you're even alive, but thats probably going to far.

The best thing to do is to make sure:

1) You don't have sex with girls who are drunk. 2) Don't have sex with girls who have boyfriends 3) If possible only have sex with girls you know something about 4) Don't have sex with girls who have twisted self entitled attitudes

I'm sure there is more but you need to decide for yourself what is a safe option and what is not a safe option.

This may not be popular, and I certainly don't mean to suggest it's a methodology we should all adopt, but it's worked for me in the past so I wanted to share it with everyone here.

If you're genuinely worried about a woman's ability to cry rape and ruin your life without the slightest shred of evidence, then start paying closer attention to the incentives involved with the trade. The trade, of course, being sex.

If you have sex with a woman who is single, genuinely into you, seems to enjoy your company as well as the physical intimacy, doesn't have a past riddled with questionable relationships, doesn't seem emotionally unstable, etc. - then her incentive to accuse you of rape is low.

If you are rich, for example, her primary incentive could be money via bribery/lawsuit.

If you hurt one of her friends or family members, her primary incentive would be revenge.

If you have sex with a woman who is married, but you're poor, and she seems completely normal on all counts described above, then her primary incentive would be displacement of blame if/when she is caught.

If you have sex with a woman who has expressed that she deals with rejection poorly, bitterly, then her primary incentive could be revenge here as well.

Again, it may not be popular, but in the past if I was becoming closer a woman - I wouldn't take her back to my place or become physically intimate with her if there was reasonable incentive to accuse me of rape.

The underlying motif here is that you should hold off on sex until you have a clear idea as to what the incentives are and whether she's likely to capitalize on the opportunity.

Video everything. Learn the laws regarding consent for audio and video recording. Put cameras in your bedroom. Never mention them or use the footage for any purpose other than legal defense.

Travel everywhere with a cameraman. Tell prospective dates a documentary is being made about you and denying access is not an option.
