As a relatively neutral bystander, I've got to say that this subreddit is boundlessly more tolerable than SRS. Yes, you guys have your moments, and I sometimes see stuff that I don't agree with, but every time I do, there is never this unanimous, blind support. You guys talk it out and are careful to make sure you don't become a senseless hivemind. You're obviously going to have your extremists and bigots among your communities as well, like any community, but it shouldn't discredit your movement. I have found that these extremists are in the minority anyway and most of you will not accept their bullshit. There is virtually no circlejerking here in comparison to SRS and you actually engage in open, honest and civil discussion. Honestly, SRS just damages their cause with their incoherent and radical generalisations. Kind of rambling, but basically I just wanted to let you guys know you have support from someone who sees both movements as necessary ones and kind of sits on the fence a bit. Not taking your side in regards to your movement, I think both are equally important, but you definitely do not deserve the vilification you receive.
