This is a cool troll and all but you should know that the film business has long used makeup on men. Just not to the extreme caricature you're trying to paint here with the eyeshadow and eyeliner.

And are you here to discuss the rights of men to wear make-up or to ask for hints and tips. If it's the latter there almost certainly is a better subreddit.

Personally, I put on eyeliner first. Then eyeshadow powder. THEN, a dab applicator of eyeshadow the same colour as the eyesliner in the area, to re-darken and blend the colours a bit less sharply. Lastly, mascara.

I don't really wear a LOT of makeup. I wear and almost neutral pinkish tone, to highlight my lids, a white and shiny powder from there up, and black eyeliner/eyeliner eyeshadow/mascara. It essentially just accentuates my eyes.

I can't offer anything more neutral or more dramatic, as it would require more explanation than text could offer.

All over youtube. Petrilude has great videos. He mostly does drag and way more feminine makeup but you can just take what he shows and tone it down. I went through a little phase of putting on some very basic makeup (foundation, concealer, and bronzer) while my acne scars were healing up and his stuff was quite useful.

Thanks for using standard terms. TBH I can't stand the portmanteau "guyliner". "Eyeliner" is already gender-neutral on its face, but the existence of the term shows that socially it's reserved for women. Oh wait, we're discussing makeup tips, not men's right to wear makeup.

You have the right to wear make up. I don't think you should be ridiculed either.

But why would I want men wearing makeup? It's a waste of time and money. I'd actually prefer that girls not wear makeup (never gonna happen).
