The irony of that post is that the OP was talking about physical, violent, overpowering rape. The type of rape most people think of when you say 'rape'. The "1 in 4" statistic, however, is mostly a descriptor of women who had sex when they had 'a bit too much to drink' and other such scenarios.

Many feminists spout out "1 in 4!! 1 in 4!!" to get people to think that 25% of all college girls are having their hands restrained, their legs forced open, and raped. But in reality, their definitions of 'rape' or 'sexual assault' are so much broader than that imagery that it borders on ridiculous.

News flash: getting laid for a guy has never been easier. With legalized prostitution , legal escort services out of the yellow pages, sex clubs, swingers clubs and half of the young adults willing to do "porn movies", the primitive sexual urge that supposedly drive men to rape is being well taken care of by most aspects and outlets of society. Guys are no longer so desperate for sex that they need to get a girl drunk to take advantage of her. There are plenty of legal avenues to sex that avoid having to pretend to enjoy the company of a girl. Just saying, now a days, the whole "getting a girl drunk to take advantage of her" is well in the minority of other actual real problems such as spread of disease, condoms, birth control.
