I am very aware of the problem. I have a 24 year old son who is dating. I tell him to get to know the girl. Be seen in public together, like go on a date, then avoid any alcohol or any other drugs and learn to read body language.

There is no due process but these cases are rare but loud as a group, rad fems, are trying to change the laws. Avoid SJW type women, that's the part about getting to know them.

Text them the next day to say you had a good time and check if they are OK. Document that.

I've come close to being the target of a false accusation more than once, as a matter of fact an ex-wife used the old false DV claim against me (found out later it was her mothers idea) needless to say I left her ASAP. Another chick I dated threatened to "make my life miserable" over a petty stupid misunderstanding after I called her on her shitty behavior. Here's my thoughts, feel free to use my ideas if you want. I myself may be returning to college soonish on my G.I. Bill, and this is what I do in my day-to-day life anyway, call me paranoid, I don't care, but here it is:

Wear a body camera in public EVERYWHERE, I wear mine everywhere including to the gym, make it OBVIOUS it's there, it needs to be noticeable so NO ONE can claim they weren't aware of being recorded. Only place you may not use one is if the business you're in doesn't allow it, they can ask you to take it off or leave. Your state laws may vary, but generally speaking in ANY public location in the U.S. where there is no reasonable expectation of privacy, audio AND video recording is legal. Wearing a body camera is especially critical in places like bars, venues and nightclubs, again the business can refuse you unless you take it off, or refuse you service all together for any reason, but in places where alcohol is free flowing and the purpose of being there is to try to meet strangers for sex, I'd argue it is imperative you wear one at all times, get one with infrared night vision for those dark places and GPS to prove your location. Also get a dash cam in case you have anyone in your car, interior cabin view and front/rear. Post signs warning passengers they consent to being recorded by entering the vehicle.

Someone said having cameras in your home is illegal. That's BS, Again rig your home to the brim with cameras everywhere, inside and out, only rooms you can't place them in are the bathrooms. As long as you make any guests aware of their presence and what they record then you should be fine, just put a sign up on your door.

As for consent, the same goes, GET VERBAL AUDIO AND VIDEO CONSENT BEFORE ANY SEXUAL INTERACTION & CONSENT TO RECORD SAID SEXUAL INTERACTION. GET VERBAL AUDIO & VIDEO CONFIRMATION SHE IS NOT CONSENTING UNDER ANY PERCEIVED THREAT OF FORCE/COERCION/DURESS. KEEP IT IN A BACKUP ENCRYPTED CLOUD FILE SERVER LITERALLY FOREVER, DO NOT GIVE THEM A COPY OF THE SAME. KEEP ALL TEXTS MESSAGES, RECORD ALL PHONE CALLS (get consent) KEEP GPS RECORDS, BACK UP EVERYTHING, KEEP RECORDS FOREVER!

If she knows her consent was recorded, she is unlikely to false accuse you. In a very rare circumstance if she does - you can just publish this video and get tons of support, become sort of youtube celebrity and maybe sue them in real court to get your college pay for their mistake.

False claims are indeed quite rare yet they exist and this is a huge problem. Women ignore this problem because it doesn't affect them. If women are often asked for a record of consent, they might start to realize problem exist. Asking for recorded consent is a form of raising awareness.
