I've done this when men have shown exceptionally poor behavior during the date, and then I walked them to their car and gave them a condescending "good luck" and a pat on the shoulder or something similar.

It felt like a power move but in hindsight it was waste of my money. Now, if he asks me to pay, I just pay my part and block his number.

They'll know from my demeanor that I'm disappointed. Any man that wanted a second date knows that it's a no. A few even tried to joke about it saying something like "... guess there won't be a second date now... eh... heh... he." As if that'd change my mind. It's the same guy that'll send you a message before you even get to your car and try to throw a "better" date in there. As if that'd change my mind.

He knows he played a game and lost. And you got more money in your pocket.

Pffft I'm not paying for some LV scrote. I will pay for my exact consumed items and then block his ass.

If it's a cheap coffee and cuts down the time to pay and leave then sure, but if it's a meal then I dont't feel I need to subsidize his hook-up budget. Maybe it will make him feel bad, maybe it won't but seeing as I'll never see the man again, why should I care what he thinks when I've already made up my mind about him?

Edit: Frankly, I've never been in this situation so it's more of a hypothetical. The last time I was asked out to a coffee I just declined the date.

This sounds like a trap/lie to trick women into paying for dates with LV hobosexuals. Just like 50/50 once sounded good in principal (beCaUsE eQuaLitY ha ha haaa)

Paying for someone and going “I don’t need you to provide. In fact I’m so empowered and self providing that I’m even able to provide for your pathetic self.” doesn’t actually make you look cool or benefit you. It benefits the guy not willing to pay and treat you with respect in the first place. He doesn’t pull out his wallet, doesn’t show effort, and is then rewarded with a free coffee or meal before ghosting you. Nah sis! We don’t do things that hurt us and benefit scrotes. It’s a trap!

Pay for yourself and your items, block, and move on with life. Don’t let a tweet trick you into making life easy for scrotes!

This sounds funny but you’ll just end up wasting tons of money. It’s also not much of a power move considering you’re saving him money. He might be embarrassed but now he’ll have extra cash to fool another woman. Just pay your share and leave.

In this situation, pay your half and know to block him after the date. There's no salvaging the situation or his feelings for you.

Nope, not gonna happen. The most I'm gonna do is paying for my own stuff. No way I'm spending even a cent on some poorly behaved LVM just to make a point. There's a pretty big chance he won't even feel embarrased, I've met guys like that before, yuck.

I would never do that because it would benefit him and I would lose money. If he wants to go 50/50 we can do that but there will be no more dates after that.

Once a dude hit me with a “can you Venmo me for your drinks?” the next day because I didn’t go home with him. I added a few bucks and wrote “a few extra to never speak to me again” to really make the point.
