MGTOW was heading in that direction. There would occasionally be posts on the MGTOW sub about how we should start an organization in the real world. But of course women and white knights cannot tolerate a group of men talking about "bad ideas" like opting out of marriage. So MGTOW was labeled a "hate group" or something, quarantined and shut down.

I think if we started some clubs in the real world we would constantly be under attack, and they would stop at nothing to shut us down.

Still, I would join and enjoy it while it lasts, just like this sub.

I could give 0 F’s about showing my ex how well I’m doing without her. In fact, I try to look as poor as I can around her so she doesn’t try and up the child support. But after we don’t have to coparent anymore, I’m blocking her number and won’t have any more contact with her.

I’ve been fighting in the courts for over 10 years. It’s drained me. But what I’ve learned through the process is there is an incredibly scalable business opportunity that can fix the problem.

90% of the process can be made digital. Introduce some algorithmic decisioning on child and spousal support payments, division of net family property, custody and access issues, etc. Root the algorithms in law. And sell the cloud-based divorce service as a subscription service. Parties self service on an app. Undercut the lawyers raping people at $400+/ hour to fill out forms and keep the fight going.

Market size: 50% of all people married in a single jurisdiction.

Anyone ever screwed by the system would want to by shares.

15% of the profits go to legal aid organizations.

Who’s with me? I know how to get this done.

I agree w you on all fronts, the thing I struggle with the most is the fact that cause you’re a man- you must be guilty. Everything my STBX says is taken for truth cause she’s tiny and cute….I will never hear someone’s “story” and not think about the other side of the coin again. My wife has said the most cruel, horrible shit imaginable and people just see her as the victim….now…the ONE guy I leaned on during my divorce is dating my wife….that’s right. You can’t make this shit up….I sat next to him @ church and that same day caught them together while I was with my 2 sons…luckily I was able to not put him in the hospital. She’s claimed abuse, and made up the craziest stories ever and now….she took my only venting/workout/church help I had….honestly she should be in jail for the shit she’s done. I wish the kids weren’t involved, I want to live in the Himalayas and never see another person again.

When I told people I was engaged my former boss said hey you got some vacation time saved and money saved forget about this marriage idea and let’s go to Vegas. He wasn’t joking either. Another coworker just laughed and said oh boy more meat for the grinder. My older brother said women change and will destroy your life. But I didn’t listen I thought nah not her she’s awesome sure there’s a lot of red flags but we’ll work through it and be stronger after. Fast forward 6years and here I am.

I agree with the part that we should support those that are in the same boat. But do you remember that one guy that warn you about marriage life, and you ignore him, thinking he's jealous, creepy, or something? After that, you and that guy slowly drifting away from each other and eventually stop talking to each other entirely.

I don't think you and that guy are in the same boat anymore.

Then why am I here? Frankly, I am here to watch. Chip in a word or two when I am in the mood. But mostly watch.

There really needs to be some sort of reform for men in divorce court because often times they are viewed as villains and a source of income. Little consideration is given to whether they can survive and live after the settlements have been handed down.
