A few problems

1) People see men with children as abnormal.

2) People see men being affectionate with kids as problematic.

3) These public awareness campaigns are more about the speaker then the victims, so context is rarely defined.

4) She likely has been brainwashed by someone that men are inherently evil. Making an already unstable mind more prone to radical leaps of logic (aka crazy amplifies crazy especially when left umchallengee, and given lots of money)

I came across a study some time ago (can't remember which) that basically found that when children are subjected to a series of physical contact by men and women, people (all genders) are more likely to perceive contacts by men as inappropriate, even though the contacts are similar for both men and women.

Female perpetrators of human trafficking are much more common than most realise.

I also realized that when people talk about stranger danger it's mainly about guys less about women. I had a kid said he is not allowed to talk to strangers (I was 17 at the time watching my younger brother at the park and I was sitting at the bench at the time, forgot exaclty what I said but it was just something generally anyone can say relating to the park.) My wife and I are expecting a baby girl, due next month. Shit like this has me worried.
