If we're talking men on average, then being less emotional and more likely to be ok with confrontation is a plus for men.

Statistically, there are simply more men at the ends of the bell curves and more women in the middle. Leaders need to be above average and more men are above average compared to women.

men have: -stronger bodies to command authority -male psycology and hormones cause a way more strategical and structured way of approaching any tasks -are not affected as much by feelings hormonally, can ignore them and be cold if they know it’s necessary to get stuff done -have simply way more experience and competence in getting resources and navigating the harsh reality of the hierarchical structure of the world because men are hierarchically judged on competence and resources while women are not. -directly compete with other males through leadership naturally -are not as impulsive and have different thought pattern who are all better equipped to lead

men really are biologically made to lead. Womens body is vunerable and programmed to follow, because anything else will get her abandoned and killed in an evolutionary context

"Better leader" is a very vague term, what does and doesn't make up for a good leader is different to different people.

Overall, men tend to be more driven, agressive and competitive, which make them better suited to deal with problems and pressure (be it emotional, systemic, cultural or societal).

Men are basically "problem-solving" individuals, and people follow those individuals who have solutions.

Not saying women are incompetent, there are lots of very capable women out there, but there is a problem too with women who refuse to get their hands dirty, as if women were expected to do always the good thing, while we expect from men to do what needs to be done and not care how much fucked up things you do in the process.

You can see this at play in law reinforcement and juries, women in positions of power tend to be more forgiving with criminals, and even jump in to defend them or present them as "victims of society". Men, on the other hand, punish, and they do it fast and hard.

Another sphere in which men and women's views manifest in different ways is ilegal immigration. While women are mostly on board with open borders policies, most men are against it. Men are concerned about the origin of the immigrants, their political/cultural background, their criminal records and if they belong to some terrorist organization, while women always seem preocupied for their poor situation and tend to aproach the issue from an humanitarian point of view.

Take the example of first world countries who have female leaders and ministers of defense, and the meassures they have taken in regard to this issue, and how their homelands have shifted from well organized, peaceful nations to quite unsafe places with some social turmoil.

Of course the far right exagerates some of these issues, but I've seen at first hand than in some cases the reality is more harsh than we think.

So while I think women have lots of virtues that are good for society, it can be very throublesome to have lots of women in power positions where hard decitions are made, since for some reasson women seem incapable of bearing such responsability and charge with their outcomes.

Of course, there are a handfull of very assertive women in history that could take men's roles and do the dids, Margareth Tatcher comes to my mind, or Isabel the Catholic from Spain, Juana de Arco or even Eva Perón, but honestly they are outliers.

Interestingly, men get along better with everyone whether male or female. All-female, or female-led organizations are NOTORIOUS for being petty, highly political, and toxic work environments.

What are women? Mindless baby making machines. What is the goal of a woman? To subjugate a man's entire life and redirect all of his goals, ambitions, free time, money, and any other type of resource he has and direct it into serving her goals instead.

Lol. It is sad, you see people in the media make dumb comments claiming things like "oh, women are complicated, men just don't understand them". No. This is not how it works at all. Women are extremely primitive, easily predictable creatures. Just because you don't want it to be this way, doesn't mean that's not how it is.

If you've ever studied anything about trying to create AI you would easily figure it out. It's not possible for 'intelligence' to just spontaneously appear out of nothing. To create AI, you would have to give it some type of Freudian-like prime directive, whether it's to replicate itself, gather resources, or whatever. AI can't just exist with no purpose. Just like biological women cannot exist without some type of purpose. Their directives and method of operation are narrowly defined and easily identifiable.
