But the issue here is one of CONSENT. I'm sure she knows all about this topic in terms of sex. But the same thing goes for fucking macing someone. If you give consent, it's consensual sex. Without consent, it's RAPE. Similarly, if someone gives consent for you to mace them (especially not in public), then it's probably not a crime, but if they don't give consent, then it's ASSAULT.

Also, in this extended video, she explains that she had PLANNED to do this, and also in the extended video she LIES to the police and said it was totally an accident, that she was just holding the spray and her drink in her hand, and it went off by accident.

So even if her friend doesn't want to press charges for assault, the D.A. could press charges for that anyway since there's so much evidence. Also, she should be charged with disturbing the peace and negligent discharging of a weapon. And finally, if even a hint of mace touched anyone else, she can also be charged for assault on that person. Someone else probably got a whiff of that spray she was a dumbass for doing that so close to other people.

I once dabbed a tiny amount of pepper spray on my nose just to know how strong it was. I had to close my eyes for a few minutes and it hurt so bad I went into a meditative trance focussing entirely on my breath to get through it. I could only imagine what a full face of it would feel like… probably like if you had acne cuts all over your face and someone smeared the inside of habanero peppers all over it, but worse.

This woman is dangerous. It's because of people like her that I always carry a can of pepper spray as well. And it's really not something to take lightly, this stuff can do serious damage. One time I sprayed my friend as a joke and it took him several hours to recover. He still won't talk to me after several years, the pain was excruciating for him.
