For the life of me I can't find an answer to this question anywhere. Which makes me think that it doesn't count for shit. But thiught I'd ask here. Just filed (DIY) and calling a company to serve her tomorrow. I'm going to tell her the paperwork is coming so it's not a blind side (she knows, just not when. Already moved out and separated since end of October). She's starting to drag feet and pay off debt so she has some insight.
