Like some of the other commenters my divorce took 2 years, and we lived together that entire time (plus another 5 months after the divorce was complete). It is wonderful when the process is over and you know what the future looks like, even if it isn't exactly what you want. Good luck over the next few months. Feel free to drop a post on how the court went, it's always good to hear the stories so other guys can prepare themselves for what the hearing is like.

Good luck. I also had a 2+ year start to finish nightmare. Just remember family court is worse than Vegas. Your odds basically depend on how the judge woke up that day. If your ex is open to compromise and you can reach a fair deal then do it.

Not to mention the trauma of a long trial.

Good luck, brother. I’m stuck 2 years in high conflict. Judge wants 3rd attempt at mediation before trial.
