My STBXW is playing with system - she asked for a court order that I pay for her attorney fees as she claims that she has no money for it.

This is not true as my attorney subpoena her information and we found charges in her credit card that shows her shopping extravaganza, travel trips and fine dining etc

She smartly keeps a balance in her credit cards to prover her point.

Judge ruled in her favor!

My attorney included her extravaganza details in our filings, but forgot to bring up during the hearing (in front of the judge).

Am I thinking too much in that judges do not have time to read all the details and this was a key information that my attorney should have brought forward during the hearing which could have resulted in judge not ruling in her favor?

Another question - judge also ruled for me to start guideline spousal support. She calculated this based on my current salary. On a different post in this forum only, I read that alimony is based on the salary at the time of separation. My attorney didn’t even bring this up.
