The bad thing about circumcision is when you dont have a choice (and dont like it) and the hypocrits around it (meaning FGM is bad bug MGM is good).

If you like your body the way it is or dont really care its totally fine. Its also fine if you needed one.

You dont repress anything and you are not brainwashed. Its okay to be fine with it.

The issue is that you can never know if a person will be happy with it if they are a child when it is done. People should be free to make their own choices about their own bodies.

If you're happy with your body, you're happy with your body. No need to force dysmorphic thoughts on yourself. Plenty of circumcised men leave their sons intact because they recognize that it isn't right to circumcise, but they don't get twisted up about it happening to their own bodies.

It’s indoctrination. Cutting cultures normalise partial genitals by making intact genitals seem “extra” and unappealing.

This is also the case in FGM cultures, according to a statistic 6 years ago, 85% of Egyptian women like having circumcised clitorises. But since we’re outside of that culture and its influence, we are able to see how fucked up that is.

Same case here. Also, if it’s a dorsal slit, you can heal it through surgery. I’ve been told it leaves scar tissue though. As long as the parts are still intact, you can regain transudation and the gliding mechanism.

I want you to say the phrase “cutting genitals” outloud. Does it sound normal to you?

I was one week old when I got circumcised and now I'm anhedonic, haven't felt sexual pleasure for years regardless of the partner. I had 500+ for all that matters but it's just the same with everyone so, statistically, it's me not them. Do you guys know if the two are correlated?

If someone had cut your toes off from birth you'd probably feel like it was normal too. You can't miss what you've never had can you? But it would still be wrong so I don't think "I don't feel bad about it" is the right way to gauge things -- having said that I certainly don't think you should manufacture false outrage over it.
