If she’s flat-out told you she’s not into you, she isn’t. She might be craving touch after the breakup, women tend to be much more touchy with their friends than men. I would not try to advance things further unless she does.

She just wants to cuddle unless she says otherwise. Some people will cuddle people who they're not into, she has already told you that she's worried about you interpreting it as sexual interest which is exactly what you've done. Stop trying to chase something she says she doesn't want. If you want to cuddle then keep cuddling, but if you want sex you won't find it here.

I can only have sex when there is an explicit desire for it from someone else so I don’t get this problem. Unless she tells you she wants to fuck, you should just keep it to cuddling.

If she wouldn't do this with her brother, then she is sending mixed signals. Any type of cuddling beyond what you would do with family is mixed signals if she says she isn't into you.

But that doesn't mean she will ever fuck you, only that she is sending mixed signals. The issue is that you are emotionally into her and/or don't have enough sexual options that you are desperate. That complicates things.

That she told you you had stroked her boobs is a sign she isn't ready for more with you now. (Probably never, but one never knows for sure.) I think you have basically shot your shot for now. She has sexually rejected you. Need to just keep it friendly and de-escalate the cuddling in a subtle way. But only if you can really do that and not keep thinking about being with her.

Otherwise, cut the contact to something way less often. Turn it into friendly acquaintances. Go about your life. Improve. Whatever. Maybe in the future, as things change, she will be more open to you. But you cannot care too much that this happens. If you really have oneitis, you basically need to stop seeing her.

The true FriendZone is rare. Usually it's just that a guy isn't meeting her standards, and she wants to be friends. It's in his head. But here, this is true, but she is also getting relationship perks from you while doing that. Real FriendZone shit.

I'd go for it. Like not full on so you don't risk anything. But like, go for a kiss or smthn first. So if she genuinely doesn't want it, you at least didn't do anything that would make her rlly upset or feel invaded. I just can't see a woman being that touchy with a man without being somewhat interested. Plus women like it when men make the first move, so she might just be testing the waters to see if you're man enough to actually take the plunge, Even if she wasn't all that interested before, actually advancing might prove to her you're more of a man than you initially thought.

Keep in mind tho, if she's out of a fresh break-up, you starting something with her may just make her extremely attached to you. That's a lot of emotional baggage and it would be really hard to go back to just friends after.

btw, this is all just my perception on a situation that I'm only vaguely familiar with. So if things go south I relinquish any and all responsibility lol. Just speaking form a woman's perspective, if I'm going that far with a guy, it means I'm literally just waiting for him to make a move that'll make things a bit more steamy. Perhaps that's just me tho.

You're dealing with a girl that is all over the place emotionally and doesn't know what she wants. So don't bother trying to get a straight answer from her, because there is none. Play it cool and always be one step "less interested" than she seems to be (like move your hand to a more innocent spot than she puts it, etc). Make her move stuff in that direction. You'll be doing both of you a favor in the long run.
