In a good twist to this story, while everyone in the media was getting hysterically the upset, the woman came out and said she had no issues with the tackle at all

"Streaking" has a different connotation in the USA because it refers to a fad in the late 1970's where people would run naked through a crowded public event. This appears to be a mostly-clothed person who is running across a playing field at a game, which contains all of the same elements except for the total nudity part.
