My scrote ass, NVM 62 year old neighbor told me he's been watching that show and said things along the lines of:

"WHaT BeNeFIt dO MEn eVeN hAVE iN GEttInG mARriED AnYMore? Men don't want to get married these days and I don't blame them!" exclaimed the scrote.

In my mind I'm like... Yeah, buddy...there are 200,000 + of us at least who generally are not prioritizing marrying at all, let alone below our standards where most men fall.

Also, sorry for no longer wanting to be your bangmaids who get cheated on and beaten as socially acceptable societal norms. Woe is men.

Sounds like an absolute trash show with pickmes galore who need to tap out. Any male liking it, watching it, mentioning it is outing themselves as a garbage heap.

I tried watching a few episodes of the show after seeing this post. While I agree that most of those couples should probably break up, I also think people are emotionally complicated.

Personally I've only ever dated one man that FDS would consider a HVM, and unfortunately I was the one who drove him away with my insecurities. Most men I've dated haven't had a high level of emotional intelligence which I guess means they aren't a HVM. That being said they did give me much of what I've needed over the years. Sex, friendship, companionship, support etc. I'm still working on myself and hope that soon I'll be worthy of landing a HVM.

When I understood the purpose of the show, I immediately skipped it. Didn't even watch. I wouldn't even put myself or someone else in such a situation.

Maybe I'm(15) lucky, but, all my friends(both male and female), tend to not like Netflix productions. Like, if it was not for reddit and tiktok, I wouldn't even know that The Ultimatum is a thing.

Anyway, if you don't like/support the ideology behind the ultimatum, why are you really watching it?
