Im antifeminist, I oppose feminism because of its practice not its theory (edit: im not saying i agree with it the theory either, is just not my focus when opposing it).

Antifeminism is not my ideology, is my practical political position.

Ideologicaly im individualist classical liberal.

I read that men should be reduced to 10% of the human race and then saw a slogan taken from the same book worn by feminists on a political campaign I was working on.

I no longer support that campaign or its associated party.

Yes. I minored in Philosophy in college, with a particular focus on feminist theory.

Feminist theory boils down to examining history through a contemporary lens without context and special pleading.

Distilled to its fundamentals is a projection of malice towards men and/or opportunism.

Feminism in practice is straight up deceit and manipulation of the public to further those two things.

Most people here are not reacting to how the ideology was formed, but rather, how it has evolved to the current state, since that's what really matters to men being disenfranchised today.

I consider myself fairly well-read.

My stance on feminism is that it does not represent women or equality, but is simply about maintaining the ruling class by suppressing patrilineal relationships to prevent any rival power structures from threatening the status quo.

Every country and every civilization started out as a gang, they took land, took resources, established themselves and then called themselves a country. After that they started establishing laws to prevent other gangs from forming to keep from threatening the state.

Early countries establish order by promising egalitarianism and power-sharing.

Later countries discovered that you didn't have to power-share, if you simply suppress male/brotherhood friendships from forming, then no rival power structures can threaten the state.

I'm not sure your question gets to how ideologies are formed. You only asked how personal opinions of individuals are formed.

Yeah I've read feminist books but they don't spend a lot of time justifying the need for feminism generally. More so the early ones in the 19th century before women supported feminism, and then again much later you get a limited number of apologetics like "Feminism is For Everybody".

Of course no feminists ever read anything by the other side.

I read a feminist book in university for a course. There was a chapter on how men were going to be relegated to sperm donors, and how strapons were the wave of the future. I wish I was joking. I swear the ultimate goal of 2nd/3rd/4th wave feminism is the complete emasculation of men.

I'm not anti equality, however, what's happening now isn't equality. It's the complete degeneration of society, and although I PERSONALLY AM NOT A VIOLENT PERSON, violence seems inevitable. The non violent men are walking away from society, and the violent ones are stock piling weapons.

This isn't going to be pretty.

A lot of people confuse Feminism for Equal Womens rights, and they arent wrong but that was First Wave Feminism way back when Women genuinely lacked Rights, like the Right to Vote for example.

Whats being pushed now is Second Wave Feminism, Which is the the origin of why Promiscuity, Prostitution, Non Monogamy and Abortions are being equated to Womens Rights despite them historically being immoral and unethical.

This article explains very well why current 2nd Wave Feminsm isn't healthy for anyone.

I think first and second wave feminism were worthwhile. After that feminism jumped the shark.
