Do you have experiences of being penalized at work or ostracized by friends, family or the community for supporting men's rights?

My industry is woke. Half of reddit has me auto banned. Any mention of mens rights or mgtow gets you called incel. The personals are wall to wall women who claim "proud feminist".

Ostracized? Bro, the only reason they let me live is because I pay taxes.

Not really, as I don't tend to discuss it with friends and family, because I know it won't go well.

But I did recently try to discuss inceldom with a friend of mine who, despite having early social difficulties in school, outgrew his issues and became very very successful in finding partners. It went about as well as I expected. Poorly.

There was a brief period of "I think it's a good thing that you want to step up and talk about these men", but seemingly no significant connection to the idea that - as he well knows - I am very much adjacent to that camp, and at the conclusion of the brief discussion it seemed as though the topic was closed.

I mentioned the word a time or two more (as it had been on my mind and relevant to something else being said, so I was relating things together) and was met with "god, not that incel shit again". It seems as though any validation I get for issues that I care about is puddle-deep and just as likely to evaporate as that puddle in the sun.

As you might expect, this friend circle - despite surface level attempts to be more aware of each others' mental health - is not terribly productive for my own development. Briefly encouraging and supportive, perhaps, or at least initially accepting, but unwilling to discuss in depth or acknowledge serious deep issues, at least when I'm the one discussing them.

I cannot discuss it with my industry or my family. I live in UK and over here the woman is pretty much considered a saint here. Seen it once on the street a woman battering a man, scratching him and slapping him. The man is angry but doesn't fight back and no one does anything to help the man but once the man fights back physically, then everybody steps in!!!. Fucking ridiculous. Anyway, I am considered a mysoginistic if I ever criticise a woman about any of their bad behaviours and if I dare say about the problems that men have, I am called a pussy and they tell me to stop acting like a victim, but it is totally fine for women to act like victims. I am laso blamed for my lack of success with women because I support men's rights, they think I hate women because I support men's rights. They ask me "why I don't support women's right?" and when I answer that they already have right and are more priviliged than men, then I get so much hate and backlash, is unreal.

My company is very female focused, we go to schools to teach kids coding, but only to girls, get the monthly "heres how many women we hired emails" etc. Ive learnt to keep my mouth shut if i value my job. That being said ive been overlooked and ignored for opportunities in leu of giving them to women. ive even had a few instances where the hiring managers have told me they wanted to pick me for the job but were overwritten by HR who picked less qualified females (i say they are less qualified because i literally trained them, they had no prior experience and struggled with the training.)

I work in research in Australia, and have been warned to keep out of men's health research by feminist academics who jealously control the field and funding. Mention of men's health ay work outside of the feminist narrative would end my career. Even small recognitions of men's health requiring input from actual men, or recognising challenges experienced by men are torpedoed and anyone involved humiliated publically.

When I worked in a woke environment, I dared not say a thing about equal rights for men. After sensitivity trainings, etc, the other guy who wasn’t into it and I would often touch base about his ridiculous it was.

If you want stories about being denied jobs/promotions because I'm white, I got you covered? I've even heard the "We don't want your kind here." line when I tried to apply for a job.

Man, thats a death sentence at work. When corpo comes with new policy you smile and nod, then click "I acknowledge" and continue keeping your head down or get fired.
