But that brings circular logic: What are you identifying as? What is unique about this identity that it separates you from other people? What exactly is your identity? What are the characteristics of your identity?

You can't identify with something and not know what the definition of it is. It has to be something, otherwise it's nothing at all and virtually nonexistent if you can't be categorized by said identity.

I’m not a feminist, but I love being a woman. I carry my gender and my role in society with pride, and believe that there are things that only women can do that men can’t, like … I don’t know. Birth a child?
