The photos at 4:05 - it's the same photo, the one on the left clearly edited. It's nearly impossible to take two photos with a pose / hair / eyes/ background / angle being so identical. You would have to plan this elaborately and spend hours just to match everything in an older photo. Source: worked as a portrait photographer in NYC for a few years.

If Amber wins this case, there needs to be riots. This case could not be more clear cut and dry that she ruined his entire career, and worse, his entire life.
