This was a US Supreme Court case that set a precedent for future male rape victims to pay child support to their offenders, if they happen to get pregnant.

The original case was an underage male statutory rape victim, about 12 years of age. He was forced to pay for his rapist’s child, even though legally he could not give consent.

Many cases past that used the Supreme Court case as a reference, making many underage boys responsible for their rapist’s child.

While yes, it is very rare for this to happen, because usually the woman is arrested and loses custody, there is still a low chance of her getting off and punishing the boy.

This can be compared to present day issues, such as the Ohio girl who was raped and impregnated by a disgusting man. What happened was absolutely horrible, and the Rapist should be stoned, but where is the support for our boys who are victim blamed and forced to pay their rapists for a child they had no control over? (I am pro-choice, that girl should have access to abortion)

It seems as though people do not care about boy victims, despite being children. All peoples, including the Ohio man, should face equal harsh punishment.

Something needs to be done, because people do not care enough about this Supreme Court ruling.

Why doesn’t the MRA community protest? You see women’s rights groups protesting all the time, why don’t you guys? Sure, many people will call you incels, make fun of you, and other bad stuff. But so was every protesting group in US history at one point. Women’s suffrage, MLK protests, etc. they were all harassed for their views at one point, but now they’re regarded as great.

I’ve been lurking on this community for a while. I agree with many points but I have some criticisms. I never see MRA protests, it’s almost as though even you guys don’t care that much. At least start online petitions and spread around the troubles of men and boys.

I feel as though if everyone started protesting, within years people would start consider paying attention to us.
