I was falsely accused of sexual harassment at my first job. They didn't have cameras for a while and one of my female peers hated me, which is fine cause I hated her. She told the owner and her school counselors that I sexually assaulted her in the back. The only thing that saved me was the owner had installed new cameras like 2 weeks before the date she claimed it happened. We had to have a meeting. Her mom was a "lawyer" and spent an hour threatening me, and the owner spent an hour trying to convince me to do whatever they wanted so he wouldn't get sued. I asked where and when I assaulted her and when she said where the owner was told them he has a camera on that exact area.

The look on her face when she realized there was proof she was lying was priceless. But I realized if that camera wasn't there I'd be fired or worse. And she was able to keep working there after.

I tell you this because it's just the time we live in. You have to protect yourself and be beyond reproach. Sadly I try not to interact with women in the workplace. I never am alone with one, and I don't exchange numbers or message them. It sucks and people will probably call me misogynistic but I have to keep my job to take care of my daughter.

Those may not work either. It doesn't matter if you can prove she's a liar if you can't get that evidence presented in court. Cops will still arrest you. They don't care if you're innocent. Prosecutor doesn't care either. Judge doesn't care.

It's a bit worse than you think.

Your best defense would be to be a woman, be a gay man or be in a different country at the time. In practice there's no defense except making sure you don't piss off any women in your life or act uppity around them in case they decide to fuck you over. Think "what would a 19th century slave do?"

Stay away from women. Keep conversations very professional. If you even have an iota of a doubt that there are women in your workplace or whatever that may be a problem, leave.

Coming to relationships, don't get married and don't cohabitate. Do not use dating apps, date the old fashioned way if you have to. Follow the pence rule and keep all your opinions on politics and the like to yourself.

As long as you keep to yourself and your work/hobbies, you'll be fine.

The flaw in the false accusations is that you are "guilty until proven innocent" and the fact that, mathematically, you cannot prove a negative.

Proving that you "didn't rape her" is the same as asking to prove that "god doesn't exist", which is impossible, thus "god must exist" and also "you are a rapist"

All this to say that they only way is to prove that "you were doing something else at that time she claims you raped her".
A guy saved himself with a receipt of a gas station that proved he was in another state too far from the woman.

The issue is that a woman you hang out woth can use the moments you two were alone to claim rape. No wonder during metoo a politician refused to be interviewd alone if the reporter was a woman. Some men refused to tutor new female coworker if it meant being alone.

Lots of false accusations are often placed in cars, because the moment you drive a woman home you two are alone and she knows it. You might get away if there are cameras showing the time you took to travel but many guys got screwed up because they stopped to talk in the car.

False accusations are not rare at all. They don’t even have to escalate to the level of law enforcement in order to completely ruin your life. Even getting the “why are you staring at me?!” nowadays can be enough to get you fired or kicked out of somewhere or ruin your reputation. Hell, even some gossip between co-workers can fuck your shit up. Shit happens every day. You avoid it by screening the crazies and attention seekers out. In a professional/school environment, it’s better to be seen as that “weird/boring” guy than it is to risk your entire life nowadays.

I was falsely accused of sexual harrassment by a woman whom I had rejected her advances. I simply turned her down and before I knew it the whole town was looking at me like a monster. It turned out she spread a rumor about me approaching her and I eventually got to a friend of mine unknowingly and relayed back to me. The only thing that worked in my favor was my character. People had known me longer than her and I never evr acted remotely close to what she was saying and most knew i kept to myself and wasnt wanting any type of female involvement. But honestly keep everything locked tight. Save all text messages and phone conversations. Leave nothing to chance. Also as an extra precaution, star setting up a bug out bag, bug out car and also get a piece of property completely off the books. Consider it like a safe house from bs. I wish I had that after my divorce, but I know it's best to have all types of contingency plans in place.. stay up bro.

Don't sleep with women, or be alone with women at work or school. If a woman accuses you anywhere else your going to a real court where she'll be under threat of perjury. The Kangaroo courts are only in school boards and HR departments.

I also recently started mentioning to people at work that I'm supporting my fiance. If they know another woman is benefiting from my check Hopefully that would make them reconsider trying to destroy me.

If you have a video camera in your bedroom and record the sex to prove they consented, you will be guilty of voyeurism and can be put on a sex offenders register, if you don't have the camera, they can take her word for it and find you guilty of rape...

Short of recording every second of you life, you can't. Even at that, you can still be accused. There was a recent case in the US of a man accused of rape, who was well on his way to being convicted, when his mother happened to notice that she had taken a photo of him in another state at the same time that his accuser said he attacked her. Meta data in the image proved location and time. Without that, he would likely have been convicted and imprisoned. Even with it, his life was destroyed.

If you are in a workplace never be in a closed room alone with a woman. If you are a third party at work and a woman claims to be a victim, don't believe her solely based on her word.

About 25 years ago I was a Department Manager at a company and we had a business planning trip away. All very good, but the new finance manager had a crush on me. She was about my age, married, as was I. Since starting she had been making sexual inuendo to me and had been that touchy chick grabbing arms etc. We had a final night dinner and everyone was drinking. She got particularly handy and gropey. We all retired for the night and I got a knock on the door with her wanting to come in for a night cap. I told her I was married as was she and I was off to bed.

Just after the conference she claimed to the GM that there were a lot of "irregularities" with my financial management and that a number of suppliers had complained to her that I wasn't fair etc and how I was misappropriating company funds. The GM laughed at this when he told me about it, but told me that he had to follow protocol and investigate the claim. Needless to say I came out squeaky clean.

There are some people who will try to damage you or your reputation through false claims. There seems to be no come back on these nasty people and that is why they do it.

My advice to any man is to keep a diary. Especially when it comes to stuff that you get a bad feeling about. Don't treat a woman as anything special, she is not. She is a co-worker and should be treated the same as a male co-worker. Next time you are thinking about doing something "nice" to a female co-worker, just ask yourself "would I be doing Bob the same favour?" If the answer is no to big fat Bob, then the answer is no to Jess the girl who wears short skirts and plunging neckline tops.

I do this by having the skills and the abillity to make it in this world on my own. I will work with others but I will build up my skills so that, even if I get burned and lose my job, I can start my own business and work on my own.

I find it that those who depend on their jobs the most are the ones who suffer from such accusations along side with low promotions, bad payraise, lots of overtime and little to no vacation. People will abuse the fact that you desparatley need a job.

Ex wife accused me of rape, stalking and groping during the divorce. She also threw in grooming the children and taking baths with them.

The problem with false accusers is they tend to not keep their stories straight upon scrutiny. What evidence she tried to bring into the divorce pretty much showed that nothing happened The judge tossed everything.

But he did look me in the eye with a slow monotone said to me "She can keep bringing these things back to court, so be careful." I took that as the judge understanding what my ex was doing.

I took the judges words to heart. I avoid direct contact without recording, I make sure I email everything and I stand my ground when it comes to her games.

4 years and 20 something hearings later I'm still fighting this shit. Fortunately her credibility is shot and it's pretty much a joke. The GAL is on my side and she's paying her lawyer a crap ton of money and is still unable to deviate off of 50/50. I'm pro se so i can file responses all day long.

Record all Interactions with women. I have a record app on my watch. I don't give a fuck if you live In a 2 party state in regards to recording someone. If she accuses you, you can go to HR with the evidence and they will back off.

Also never be alone with a woman. Ask for another person in the room if its a meeting or a 1 on 1 Interaction. Take back the power men. Protect yourself.

Yes a mans life can be ruined by false accusations. Mine and many others have been. There really is nothing you can do about it other than to avoid interaction with women. Otherwise you are susceptible. But if you must interact with them then it may help you to record audio and video. But as already said, this might not save you although it can help. Also, I’m not sure how practical it is to have video and audio recordings happening at all times. What non detectable video and audio systems can you all recommend?
