I have believed the school would have my back; I have never encountered such a serious false accusation before. This is a very cheap and cowardly thing to do to somebody, is to take a very controversial subject and falsely accuse someone to bully them.

I was going to report this to the school, I looked up online what to do and about false accusation and to my shock I have found many innocent students who have been falsely accused at a university or even military have been kicked out without question. Many it has happened to, and I go to a very liberal university, and from my finding my university doesn't use the standard that other universities use. It's pretty much based on emotion and who the university believes is telling the truth, not evidence.

I have no record at all, not even in high school, all teachers know me to be kind and respectful. I never caused any trouble.

So, I believe my only choice is to stay silent. I spent so much money to go to school and that can literally be taken away from me from a lie, I can't afford a lawyer at this age.

So now I have this constant fear of coming across the wrong person, and things I have absolutely no control over. Nobody chooses to be falsely accused.

The common excuse is, "false accusations are rare" so because what happened to me was rare it must not matter to them.
