I and STBXW are fighting over custody, I am hoping I can get 50/50, However, our state has a 50/50 shared custody where both parents are domiciliary and 50/50 Joint Custody where only one parent is the domicilary. She wants full custody or 60/40 in Join Custody.

In shared custody, the higher earner pays the differance. if income is similar no one pays CS. In Join custody, the nondomiciliary parent pays the domiciliary one CS.

Honestly, since I work remotely, I have always been the caretaker of the kids and I know I will be the one doing most shit for them and buying stuff for them. instead of being fair to me. she's being a c**** in order to get child support. If she gets 50/50 joint custody, I am thinking to bail out of responsibility and being just the cool dad and letting her deal with all the shit since she wanted it to be the domiciliary one instead of sharing it with me. I give her the 2k or whatever the court says and take the kids just when we need to have fun.

Is this how it works? the least thing I want to do is give her money and take care of the kids for her to go bang other dudes in hotels with my money. I won't even do my 50/50 she can have them as she wants. I just take them when I feel like it.
