Richardson's allegations led to officers carrying out 60 investigations, with one of the men she accused being arrested and made to undergo forensic examination.

So the police admit they will arrest a man with zero evidence just because a woman says so? And they don't see a problem with this?

One of the men even agreed to have a GPS tracking tag fitted to his ankle which would send an alarm to police if it was destroyed or taken off.

On a number of occasions, data from the tag was analysed and showed he was not in the area when Richardson said the attack had taken place.

This is absurd. You would think the extreme frequency of her reported rapes would tip off the police but nope. The man had to be tagged to prove his innocence On multiple occasions!

'Whenever an allegation of rape or sexual assault comes to us, our starting point is to believe the person making that claim.

And there it is. The entire reason false allegations exist. They literally believe all women. I can't understand why the police are so cucked. Rape and sexual assault have one of the lowest conviction rates due to how difficult it is to prove, but at least women have the power to get whoever they want arrested and suffer the repercussions of being labelled a rapist; all without a shred of evidence. But maybe, if you file more than 60 false rapes, there is a chance you might get arrested yourself.

And yet feminists will tell you false allegations of rape are a small percentage of cases or that they don't even exist.

punishment should be the same as avg punishment of men convicted of rape in same state. i highly doubt even just one ofbthem wouldve gotten less than 10 but also most states have a mandatory sex offender registry, so she should have to jot only register as sex offender but also register as false accuser, warn everyone within whatever mile radius, warn employer on job application, warn coworkers etc. really she doesnt even deserve to exist but unfortunately death penalty is reserved for murder and treason in this country

Finally, a reasonably decent sentence for false accusations, which really can destroy peoples lives.

Makes you wonder if the people who do these things actually have been raped or abused in some way, but by someone else, and for some reason they accuse innocent people?
