If the people in your life are doing this to you, you need to cut them out of your life entirely. Those close to you should not be so callous with your existence.

There are some domestic violence programs that I clide men if your spouse is abusing you. Just Google ones in your area.

If you can, please try and record/videotape any and all abuse for evidence. Then, show it to the police and if possible, also try and record/videotape THEIR reactions to the abuse. If your cries for help are taken seriously (just as if the genders were reversed), then that is absolutely wonderful. If not, then keep the proof that such double standards exist and perhaps, see what next steps a lawyer or counselor can help you with. So sorry you're going through this, but please be assured that just because the cops or feminists may not care, doesn't mean WE don't. Best of luck and stay safe!

I hear you. Sometimes, the world can seem really shitty. Year after year of struggle - all while others do not suffer the same systemic disadvantages.

Sometimes, I have to stop my work for men, just because the constant resistance to men's humanity and the terrible objectives I uncover get to me too much. If that's where you're at, I suggest taking a little break to do some project you've been putting off; come back to the fight when the depression has lifted.

There are good things about the world. There are things you can indulge in, simple everyday things, to give your life a balance where the crap isn't so evident and you can let yourself enjoy life a little more. Try something different, away from politics and women, to give your mind a breather.

Heyo. I’ve experienced this as well. It’s not you. It’s late stage capitalism; it’s divisive and frankly your worth as a man is economic. If you don’t make enough of it, your relationships will suffer. All of them.

Unfortunately, this isn’t really new either. Shit is kinda bleak. I’m sure if I was a surgeon dating would be a shit ton easier. Class based throughout history. The higher your class, the more preference.

I don’t have much else to say other than try and hang on, stay as healthy and pain free as you can, and find joy from work, hobbies, friends, etc. There’s nothing else worth concerning yourself about.

You have to search a spiritual practice that teaches you how to transform pain into love with the fire of devotion. Self love is the greatest gift of Buddha to man kind.
