It's as simple as that. Even if there were rational reasons that showed women are being unreasonable in certain areas more than men, because women are more likely to support each other, the emotional bias overrules all. The entire premise of debate is that the other side will switch based on good reasons.

But given human nature, this is impossible. It has been shown that emotions precede reason in that our emotional biases (which often come from experience) come first, and then we reason why we believe them later. Of course, confirmation bias is true and is at play for everyone: both men and women. But the crucial difference between them is that the ingroup bias for women is "is remarkably stronger than men's": https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/15491274/

This essentially means that even if men's woes about the current dating market were entirely rational, thought out, and evidenced, it is quite literally impossible to get over the ingroup bias that exists in most womens' heads. The debate thus seems like a dead end unless either that ingroup bias significantly goes down or the ingroup bias among men significantly goes up to counter it.
